Lizzie is a lively 3-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with the joyful energy of a puppy. She loves the outdoors and especially enjoys running freely in a fenced yard. Lizzie walks well on a leash, rides happily in the car, and adores playing with her toys. She’s smart, eager to please, and sits politely for treats. This sweet girl isn’t a picky eater, sleeps soundly through the night in her crate, and is both microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives. Lizzie still has some playful puppy traits and needs plenty of exercise and continued training to help her grow into her best self. She would thrive with an active family who can match her energy, give her room to run, and provide the structure she needs to blossom into a calmer, well-mannered companion. Lizzie is full of love and potential — she just needs the right forever home to bring out the best in her.

Good day… on the island of St Croix where I was born, I was known as Big Momma. Since arriving to Pet Search, my foster mom has changed my name to Moana, as all my puppies have been adopted. A guestimation of my birthdate is 2/13/24 as I was a stray living on the streets. I am a high energy girl who loves zoomies in the yard as well as snuggles in the house. In the Caribbean I would be known as a “coconut retriever” because I am a mix of many breeds, , but I am primarily a black mouth cur. I am short in stature and weigh around 35 pounds. I am crate trained, housebroken and good with other dogs when introduced properly. I love kids!! I am overly focused on cats, so a feline free home is best for me. I have been spayed, vaccinated 4 DX tested and microchipped so I am ready for my new adventure in a home of my own with a new family. Hope, born in February 2023, is a black mouth cur from the Bahamas. This beautiful lady did not have the easiest life on the island; however, is the sweetest girl you would ever want to meet. Hope had an owner who passed away and was left on the streets to find food and shelter. After a litter of puppies, she was rescued and made her way to Pet Search. Hope is gentle, wants love and attention, and will steal your heart. She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She has started her heartworm treatment which is fully covered by Pet Search. She is housebroken and crate trained. Hope is excellent with other dogs and has shown no reactiveness with cats. Hope weighs around 40 pounds. Her gentle demeanor would fit into any lifestyle and home, she has not been around children in our foster home, but we feel she would be excellent with children that are respectful of her space.
