Lizzie is a lively 3-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with the joyful energy of a puppy. She loves the outdoors and especially enjoys running freely in a fenced yard. Lizzie walks well on a leash, rides happily in the car, and adores playing with her toys. She’s smart, eager to please, and sits politely for treats. This sweet girl isn’t a picky eater, sleeps soundly through the night in her crate, and is both microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives. Lizzie still has some playful puppy traits and needs plenty of exercise and continued training to help her grow into her best self. She would thrive with an active family who can match her energy, give her room to run, and provide the structure she needs to blossom into a calmer, well-mannered companion. Lizzie is full of love and potential — she just needs the right forever home to bring out the best in her.

Story
Fletcher is a Wonderful 7 month old Dane Mix. He is so playful, absolutely loves to cuddle, plays with other dogs, and goes on adventures. This has to be the laziest puppy I have ever helped. He is happy laying around with a bone, staring out a window, or just cuddling and falling asleep. He has his deep bark already and it does sound intimidating, but he's just saying Hello! He is crate trained and Ready to go home! Fletcher will be a loveable addition to the perfect family! I want someone with a fenced in yard so he can run, but not required. He is a perfect boy on a leash also and we love taking long walks. I make him sit when cars go past, and i tell him to sit and wait when i walk out the front door without him. Fill out an Application to meet this handsome little guy. Vet references and home check is a must!

adoption donation : $699 weight 40 lbs Age 8 months dob. 1/10/25      Jade is an adorable mixed breed pup who seems to be some kind of black mouth cur mix. . She is a gentle and sweet and loving girl who is just a delight.  Jade and her sisters Josie and Journey  were part of a group of puppies that were sadly being given away for free at a local Walmart in Mississippi. The woman who runs the rescue Wags of Monroe County couldn’t bear to see these puppies going to people with no vetting and so she scooped up the remaining three girls.     Since then, the puppies have thrived, they love to run and play with all the dogs at the rescue and then cuddle up together in a puppy pile to nap. They have all been spayed and have their vaccinations and are all healthy happy girls.    Jaden and her sisters are still in Mississippi, but ready to come up to the northeast in mid October on the transport truck that leaves every Friday from Tupelo. We know these girls will all make wonderful family dogs, but are fine to consider a foster to adopt. Jade is such a gentle, calm girl, we know she will be a loving member of the family.   Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter. Most of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. We do have some of our dogs in foster homes in the northeast, we always need foster homes!        adoption donation : $499 weight 50 lbs Age  3 years        Layne is a beautiful 3-year-old, 50 lb golden pup who came to us pretty timid and scared of the world but has since gained a lot of confidence. She wants to be loved and give love in return. Layne lives with other dogs, kids and a baby. She is a sweetheart and a quiet girl—she is the only dog in the house who does not bark at the mailman!    Layne loves to run in the yard and watch the birds fly by so a fenced yard is preferred. She adores loves playing fetch and treat time. She loves romping around the yard with her four-legged foster brothers and would love a canine companion!
