Story
Meet Marco! Marco is a 2-year-old mixed breed pup who joined us after some time at the local shelter — and he’s been charming us ever since. This sweet, affectionate boy gravitates toward people like it’s his job. He’ll flop on his back for belly rubs or wiggle his way into your lap just to be close. Marco has a gentle, lovable energy, and he absolutely adores kids. He’s also a social butterfly with other dogs and would thrive with a playful canine companion. While we haven’t fully tested him with cats, we think he may do well with proper, slow introductions. Marco has been on a few field trips to the park, where he impressed us with his leash manners and his happy-go-lucky attitude. He’s the kind of dog who’s just content to be wherever his people are. We’re still learning more about Marco, but one thing is clear — he’s a special pup who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. Ready to meet your new best friend? Marco is ready to meet you.

Story
Meet Daisy 🌼 At just a year old, Daisy has already been through more than any dog should. Coming from an abusive home, she never had the chance to simply be a dog—until a brave neighbor stepped in and got her to safety. That’s when Daisy’s new chapter began with DDBBR. And it’s like she knew right away that life was about to get better. On her very first night in foster care, Daisy celebrated with joyful zoomies around the backyard—a moment of pure freedom and happiness. Daisy is a social girl who loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine buddy. She’s an enthusiastic greeter, and while she can get a little excited, she’s learning to be respectful with her dog friends. She’s met cats and was very interested—so a home with kitties would need a slow, careful introduction. She’s also housetrained, people-loving, and just the right size at around 30–35 lbs. Daisy is the perfect mix of playful and snuggly, and she’s more than ready to find a home where she can feel safe, be loved, and run around to her heart’s content.
