Story
Meet Cute Pebbles! Pebbles is about 13 weeks old and weighs around 12 pounds. We think Pebbles looks like a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Terrier Mix (just a guess). Pebbles loves to spend the day wrestling with her brother, Bam Bam. Pebbles loves to play, play, play with all the dogs in her foster home, including her 3 older and much larger foster sisters! She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly when she realizes you want to give her snuggles or run around and play with her. She loves running through the grass and chasing the bigger dogs in the foster home. Pebbles is working on her house and crate training. Because of her playful nature, her forever home must have another playful dog in the home to keep her company and help her build her confidence! Baby puppies will require an adopter who is at home a good portion of the day to continue training - no exceptions! This puppy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and will need to be spayed at the age of 6 months. The Adoption Fee for this puppy $400.00. ***Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old*** ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will provide information on this process during the approval process. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. **Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**

Meet Cute Bam Bam - Bam Bam is about 13 weeks old and weighs around 15 pounds. We think Bam Bam looks like a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Terrier Mix (just a guess). Bam Bam loves to spend the day wrestling with his sister, Pebbles. Bam Bam loves to play, play, play with all the dogs in his foster home, including his 3 older and much larger foster sisters! He also loves to lay in the grass when he gets tired from playing too hard and running to chase the bigger dogs. Bam Bam is working on his house and crate training. Because of his playful nature, his forever home must have another playful dog in the home to keep him company and get out his playful energy! Baby puppies will require an adopter who is at home a good portion of the day to continue training - no exceptions! Story
For questions about Lucy Lu, please contact jessica.fredericksen@lostdogrescue.org or alicia3joelle@gmail.com Lucy Lu wants nothing more than to be your best friend for life! This 2-year-old girl is sweet and playful. She loves digging up sticks, playing fetch, and having the "zoomies". She promises to always greet you excitedly like you're her favorite person in the world (because you will be!). Expect full-body wiggles, tail wags, and lots of kisses. Lucy Lu is also super smart and will gladly show off her tricks for a treat or some words of praise. She has impeccable house manners and is the perfect mix of chill and fun! Lucy Lu would do best in a quiet home with a fenced yard and without cats or small animals (she has a hard time telling the difference between a cat and a squirrel). Lucy Lu loves to play with other dogs and is more confident and comfortable in new situations if she has a doggy friend with her. She would love a dog sibling who likes to play and run as much as she does! Her ideal forever family is patient and understands she needs a bit of time to get used to new things and new people, but that once she does, you are in her heart forever.
