****Jaxx has been with us longer than we`d like, so they have been added to our Lonely Hearts Club. Their adoption fee has been reduced to $100****Well hi there, I’m Jaxx! I’m a sensitive guy who bonds deeply with my people and I do best in a calm and quiet home. New people can make me a little nervous at first, so I might bark until I feel safe, but believe me, once I trust you, I’m incredibly loyal. I get excited very easily and I don’t love being alone, so I’d really appreciate someone who can help me build confidence and stick to my comforting routines. I’ve lived with another dog before, but I can be protective around food and get worked up when I see other dogs through the window, so I will be happiest as your one-and-only dog in the home. With patience, enrichment, and slow introductions to new things, I’ll show you just how loving and devoted I can truly be! Medical History: Jaxx appears to be a healthy dog, although there are a few arthritic and knee issues your counselors should talk with you about. We always recommend that dogs see a new vet shortly after adoption so they can get to know each other and plan a schedule for long-term good healthWeight: 91 lbsAdoption fee: $100 + Tax
