Mimbo is a sweet, snuggly boy who lived in one home since he was just a puppy. He reportedly did well with kiddos and other dogs in the home and was described as affectionate and playful. “He loves to be the center of attention. He’s really still a puppy in a 90-pound dog’s body.”Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said about Mimbo:“First time walking Mimbo, and what a delight. He exited the kennel calmly and walked loose on the leash. Mimbo takes treats with an extremely soft mouth. I don’t think I have ever had a dog be so polite. Mimbo was incredibly easy and lovely to walk.”Mimbo has shared his kennel politely and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’s looking for a home with a secure yard to keep him safe and sound and a family who will give him all the attention he can handle. Ask to meet Mimbo today!!

He was a little nervous at first in his kennel, but then came and sat down next to me and was easy to leash up. He was a nice walker over to the play yard. Once in the play yard Optimus sniffed around a little bit but mostly wanted to be by my side getting gentle pets. He`s a very sweet boy.”“Optimus is doing so well. He is a very nice walker on leash, sits for treats, and takes them gently.”“Optimus is doing very well. He loves neck and butt scratches, which can trigger a case of the zoomies. He is very treat motivated and playful.”Optimus shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent and easygoing overall when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Optimus would love to find a calm home where he can decompress from the stressful shelter and a family who will go at his pace while he settles in. In return, you get the best dog ever!!
