Story
Morgan is a beautiful, smart female, young, Purebred rottweiler, and she checks all the boxes. She loves other dogs, people, including little people. She is good with sharing her toys and is not bothered if other dogs are around while she is eating. She has not been destructive. She does not show any signs of separation anxiety. She seems to be well balanced. She was found as a stray. People reported her in their neighborhood for over a week before someone stepped up to help her. Amazing that no owner has come forward. She is a winner!! You will not regret adopting her, she is pure joy! She knows some basic obedience and needs leash work. Her foster are working with her. Some things scare her and she will just hunker down, until she feels save enough to continue. All of our dogs would benefit from ongoing training. We believe she is most likely under a year old. Our Adoption Process If you are interested in adopting one of our fun-loving, not-so-rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. This allows us to get to know you better and make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by visiting our website, www.rottenrottie.com, clicking on the forms tab, filling out the questionnaire, and submitting it online. After reviewing your answers, if we feel that the dog you are interested in is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time to meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they usually do. Finalizing the adoption requires an adoption contract to be signed, and we ask for a rehoming fee. For most of our adults, a typical rehoming fee is $400. Most of our seniors over 6 years of age, and our Rottweiler mixes are typically $250. Fees for our puppies fluctuate based on our investment in them or their litter and whether they are purebred or mixed. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome Rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and come with a collar & a leash. We also address any injury or illness they had when they came to us or received in foster care. We will disclose the problems to the adopter prior to adoption.

Story
Lili is a senior Rottweiler who is found scavenging through garbage in a Phoenix Neighbourhood. The people that lived in the area so that she had been on her own for about six months. A good Samaritan spotted her one day and tried to help. They took her to the Arizona Humane society. She had a large breast tumor that had ruptured needed emergencies surgery. The error Arizona Humane Society decided that they would put her to sleep instead of helping her. They held her for three days. They called the good Samaritan and gave them the news and said that if they wanted her, they had 24 hours to come and get her the good Samaritan and then contacted us and asked us for help. We immediately retrieve her from Arizona humane and had her taken to our vet who removed the god-awful tumor that was on her belly. Lili is now recovering and a Foster Home. We pretty much expect that she will probably stay with us until the end of our days. However, I thought I would post this just in case there is somebody with a huge heart out there they would like to give her a forever home. It is estimated that Lili is about 10 years old. We would waive her adoption fee and instead ask that you make a donation to our Rescue and whatever amount you feel is fair. Lily is crate, trained, and potty trained and the sweetest girl you've ever met in your life, she truly appreciates everything we give her, and a chance to live in a warm home with someone. Just rescued this cute boy from the euthanasia list at MCACC. His name was Cobb, but we changed it to Ace. He is heading to boarding with Karen at Dynamic Dog Training on 1/31. We can't wait to see Ace become the confident Rottie he was meant to be! We will update his profile once we learn more about him.
