This big, beautiful senior is an 8-year-old Rottweiler with the cutest little nubby tail looking for a new home.Chloe lived in her previous home for the last 7 years. Unfortunately, Chloe and her kennel mate Sky were both surrendered to PACC in early November after they were involved in fatally injuring three small dogs.Despite these incidents, Chloe`s previous owners reported that she was a wonderful dog in the home. They described her as a couch potato who is affectionate, the perfect mix of independent and loving. She also enjoys playing with toys and receiving affection. Chloe also lived with young children and did well with them. She is housebroken and signals when she is ready to go out to potty.At PACC, Chloe and Sky were evaluated separately in a playgroup setting. Chloe was uncomfortable with other dogs coming near her and would need to meet any dogs that she would potentially live with before going home. In the shelter, Chloe has been social with people and easy to handle. She would do well in an appropriate home where she could be loved and kept safe. Chloe will need a home with a secure yard and no small dogs. She will need to be adopted separately from her kennel mate Sky.Chloe is available for foster or adoption through PACC.
