Story
Are we about to be best friends? My name is Jax. I'm a handsome pupper and I have expressive ears that can't hide what I'm thinking! I came to High Country Humane because my owner couldn't care for me anymore. Regardless of where I came from, I'm just focused on finding my furever home. Is it with you? Maybe I should tell you a bit about myself first! I'm as free-spirited as I am affectionate. And one of my favorite things to do is playing fetch. I'm active which means I would thrive with a yard to run around. I'm fully potty-trained. I know some common commands like sit, stay, and come. I've previously lived with dogs and older kids and we played with each other! Do I sound like your new best friend? I hope so! Come by High Country Humane to meet me, I can't wait to see you! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!

I'm ready for endless adventures, playtime, and naps in my very own bed. But first, I need to meet my new best friend. Is that you? I can't wait to see you! Come by High Country Humane to meet me!
