This handsome guy is the ultimate cuddle companion—he’ll happily curl up on you and soak up all the pets you can give. With his calm, loving temperament, Dibow is truly a gentle soul. At home, Dibow is as laid-back as they come. He’s not one to cause a fuss—unless someone’s walking by the house, and then he’ll give a bark to let you know. He is curious about other dog companions, but would do best with a slow introduction, to make sure everyone feels comfy before hanging out! Dibow’s got a few adorable quirks too—he tries to howl (emphasis on “tries,” which makes it even cuter), and when he flashes his charming smile, it looks like he’s missing a tooth. It’s the kind of goofy grin that’ll brighten your day instantly. What should his future family know? Dibow is incredibly loyal, eager to please, and totally treat-motivated. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Quest was surrendered to the shelter on 5/9/2025 due to rental restrictions. He is 4 years old and was a very loved dog who had lived in his home his whole life. His owners were forced to relocate and couldn't find an affordable place that would accept dogs like him. Quest is a mix of boxer, Doberman, and pit bull, and he is big and strong. He has been fully vetted and microchipped and his fee is $150. Quest did live with his canine sibling in his home and was fine. They grew up together. We do think that he'd prefer to be the only dog in a home right now. No smaller animals for this moose. He's looking for an adult only home. Teens are fine. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
