Oh, sweet Bubba! He is such a handsome caramel and black Rottweiler mix of ~7.5 years and ~55 pounds who came to us through @Saving Death Row Dogs in Topeka, Kansas. He's an amazing boy who deserves an equally amazing home. Bubba just adores children! His perfect day is being with his humans, running in the grass, and lounging with his toys. Bubba loves playing on the couch and rearranging the covers, too. Oh, and giving his human friends kisses! He's been around cats and does fine. Because they are scary to him, though, Bubba will not do well with other dogs in his home. Text or call The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more information about Bubba. If you'll foster him, all of his expenses will be paid. 3 year old Portobello is an easy going big boy who enjoys going for walks and meeting people, as well as hanging out in the shelter playgroups with the other polite pups. He is currently living in a foster home and this is what his foster has to say about him: “He is fully house trained and kennel trained. He stays in the kennel when we aren`t home and at night. He will go into the kennel for a treat. Can sit, lay down, stay, and come. After a few slow introductions he became great buddies with our Pittie. He is very interested in the cats, he will chase if they run. But there`s one cat that doesn`t run and he just sniffs that cat. With slow introductions he could likely live with other cats.He will do anything for a tennis ball. He also recently learned that he loves snow!Portobello is looking for a home with no children. 8 year old Reese is a gorgeous Rottie who is hoping for an adopter who is experienced with the breed.She enjoys hanging out with the other pups in the shelter playgroups where she is content to coexist and she did previously live with other dogs. Like all of our pups, she would love to meet any potential canine siblings before heading home to make sure that it’s a great match. Reese spent her life, so far, living primarily outside but she is housebroken and deserves undone her golden years inside. Could that be with you?
