Story

I lost my 1st Rottie to cancer a few years back and I thought that I wanted another. I adopted Thor from Midwest Animal ResQ in June of 2024, he was 4 years old. He is neutered and UTD on vaccines. He knows basic commands, ie: sit, down, shake, etc. I have tried to work with him on leash walking, personal space boundaries, greeting new people and animals, etc. but it takes alot more time and energy than what I have. I am 60 years old and I am tired at the end of the day and he wants to go, go, go. We have 4 other rescues in our home, 2 dogs and 2 cats, he gets along well with them all. We have 5 grandchildren, ages 1 - 15 and he gets excited when they come to visit. Thor needs a home with active parents that can keep up with his energy. He is very loving and has never met a stranger, 2 or 4 legged. He loves car and boat rides. It will be hard for me to let him go, but I just can't keep up with him. I will check personal and vet references.

Oh, sweet Bubba! He is such a handsome caramel and black Rottweiler mix of ~7.5 years and ~55 pounds who came to us through @Saving Death Row Dogs in Topeka, Kansas. He's an amazing boy who deserves an equally amazing home. Bubba just adores children! His perfect day is being with his humans, running in the grass, and lounging with his toys. Bubba loves playing on the couch and rearranging the covers, too. Oh, and giving his human friends kisses! He's been around cats and does fine. She was not microchipped and reportedly was wandering around the nearest town a few days prior. She is currently being fostered in a home with children, cats and a dog. She has been spayed and vaccines are up to date. Remy is playful and often flops on the ground in front of your feet to demand pets. She has responded well to training for simple commands such as "sit" and "shake". Remy has been very patient with young children, letting them pet her and often giving them kisses. She has met her foster home's dog and is curious about him; unfortunately, he is wary of her. Hello my name is Tyler and I have no other choice than try to find a new home for my Dog Star she’s a 3 year old Doberman she and my other dog Dior (a frenchie) have been living together since a pup and have been getting in fights this has been a problem for over a year now I have tried everything in my power to try to get them to get along the fights start over nothing it’s not like it’s a food aggression it will start out of no where. Charlie was adopted from a shelter three years ago. He is playful, sweet, and affectionate and will turn 6 this year. He loves car rides, playing tug of war with his rope toys, and fetching squeaky toys. Despite weighing almost 55lbs he thinks of himself as a lap dog and always likes to be close to his humans. He would adore a home with a higher fenced in yard. He does well around other dogs but has never been socialized with children. He does not get along with cats. He usually responds well to some commands (sit, come, stay) and is crate- and house-trained. Charlie is a bit of an escape artist and must be leashed and closely watched outdoors. He loves treats, pats, face and head massages, and brushes and is used to snuggling with his blankets at night.
