Story
A1215336 Diesel is a 3-year-old, 60-pound, neutered male, Rottweiler. He entered the shelter as a stray, extremely malnourished, and was x-rayed and given a dental cleaning by our medical team. He entered at 52.2 pounds and is already up to 60.8! He obviously hadn’t been getting enough to eat but is getting fed regularly here.He is friendly, eager, and excited to be taken out of his kennel. He is well behaved on a leash and truly loves spending time with people. He knows how to “sit” on cue and is eager to please his handler. He is cautiously interested in the other shelter dogs, and a “meet and greet” is recommended if you have another dog at home. He is going to be a wonderfully loyal companion.

Story
Odie is a loving 1 year 5 month Rottweiler. We adopted him from the shelter without knowing much about his history. At home he is a sweet and playful guy, always keeping an eye on what you’re doing. He is house trained and knows many basic commands such as sit, stay, drop it, down, etc. He does have leash reactivity that needs to be worked on my an experienced owner. He is highly reactive on walks where other dogs or bikes are present. Unfortunately my partner and I have been unsuccessful in training him and we are very active people that need a dog that can go with us places instead of leaving him at home. We are hoping Odie can find a loving home that can give him the attention and security he needs to be a happy confident dog.
