Story
Meet Mya and Zoey. An unplanned match between the Aussie (awaiting her spay appointment) and the Rottie next door resulted in some bright, adorable puppies. Kept in theier home and given lots of TLC, they have started out on the right paw, and are continuing to get fabulous care in their foster home. Both are doing awesome at potty training. If you sit down they instantly come running over for cuddling and affection. They are two laid back, fluffy puppies with so much love to give. Come meet our adoptable dogs on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm in the backyard at AARF's new location- 302 Thurston St, W-S. Go to AARFWS.org to view and apply for our AARF dogs. Information about the process is available on our website. Please keep in mind that we do not adopt farther than 45 minutes from AARF.

Story
SNICKERS is a stunning 3-4 year old female. She is a talented girl who pulls off athletic maneuvers to catch treats. We almost wonder if she could catch a treat thrown by an MLB pitcher! Snickers loves balls and toys that hide treats. Snickers walks well on a leash. You will often find this adorable girl sitting with her front legs crossed. Snickers has done very well with a couple of male dogs she has met but likes to be in charge. She does not like female dogs. Snickers can be extremely affectionate but sometimes wants her space, therefor no kids. Her ideal home is Rottie savvy and willing to work with this personality trait. Snickers is already spayed, heartworm negative and is current on vaccines. Approximately 67 pounds. Crate trained and house broke. Fostered in Floyd County, Virginia. ** ADOPTION DETAILS: Due to the size of our rescue, adoptions are limited to NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VIRGINIA and +/-6 hours from Chapel Hill, NC.
