This is Humphrey Jr. Dogs like Humphrey Jr. are the reason the shelter is always full and unfortunately sit here waiting for a long time (over 6 months, maybe over a year.) However, we will try to find someone who is willing to put in the work to have a harder to place dog. They all deserve a home! So, Humphrey was a stray. Not claimed by his owner. He's a younger Pitbull mix, about 9 months or so. He is hyper and needs training. He will take a few visits to warm up to you. The staff he knows and trusts, are easily able to handle him. Some even cuddled with him on the floor. He can't live with dogs, cats, or kids. This makes it extremely difficult to find a home due to most people having multiple pets. If you are willing to put in the work and can meet his requirements, fill out an app. If not, please share his post. You might know someone who can!!PA Kennel License #1333
