Hi my name is Gainey! I was rescued by a good Samaritan and brought to Pawmetto Lifeline. I had been roaming the streets and for the first time someone cared what happened to me. I love to go for walks and do well on a leash.....pool time is my very favorite! Give me a kiddie pool some toys and I can entertain myself for quite some time. I lam sometimes selective about my dog friends, so slow introductions are a must. I was beat up by a larger dog before I came to Pawmetto so I am a bit nervous. I am would do better in a home with children over 12 years old and a family that is active!---My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! I will also have a free yearly exam and core vaccines for the rest of my life with the Wetness Clinic. Lil Girl is a sweetheart! She greeted me inside with a crooked grin to go with her crooked ears & wagging tail from the very start. However, she was very afraid in the noisy kennels & refused to come out. Did some bucket sitting inside her kennel & finally got her outside! She was so happy. She is still shy so you will have to be patient to win her trust, but it is soooo worth it.
