Buddy Boy is SO sweet. He wants nothing more than to be with his person. His cartoonish big eyes will melt your heart. We saved him from a local shelter after seeing a plea for help. His jaw was very swollen. We consulted with an orthopedic surgeon and they do not feel surgery would be the right decision as his jaw is fully healed, he isn't in pain, and he can eat and drink normally. Buddy is smart and learns quickly. Buddy knows how to sit and knows what "no" and "leave it" mean. His fosters continue to teach him basic commands . He is house trained. He does love to chew, but as long as he has access to bones and toys he does well to chew what he's supposed to. Buddy isn't a reactive dog. He has been taken to pet stores and public places where other dogs bark at him and Buddy remains calm. In his foster home he's learning to play well with a 2 year old Rottie and learning healthy boundaries with a 6 year old Rottie who doesn't like to play. He will lay down for pets and snuggles. He should fit nicely in a home with time to exercise and love him and he'd enjoy a doggie pal. Neuter, shots, microchip provided. 1.5 yrs, 44lb.
