This cutie patootie is Garrett, a 3 year old boxer mix who came to us from a local shelter. Garrett was hit by a car and brought to the shelter, but they didn't have the resources to help him, so we scooped him up! Garrett underwent surgery to repair breaks to his back leg, and is now recovering well! He is SUCH a sweetie, total lovebug. He gets along with other dogs, rides great in the car and walks well on a leash. Garrett has a long road of recovery ahead of him, but he is happy and motivated to please his people! We just know that he is going to be a fantastic family guy someday! We promised Garrett that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. We picked up Red and 15 other dogs from a rural Florida shelter devastated by hurricanes Helene and Milton, and transported them back to SC to find their final victories. Red is smart and is learning his manners and commands, he is very food motivated! He is a go, go, go kind of personality.
