Katherine (Lisa-fostered in TN)'s Story Meet Katherine! Katherine was born on March 22, 2026!! She currently weighs 16 pounds so we think she will be a large dog when full grown. We think she is a Rottie mix but we have no way of verifying her breed. Poor Katherine found herself at an overcrowded shelter with her siblings which is not a safe place to be! She was spotted there by one of our volunteers and she ended up in a wonderful foster home. From her foster mom: Katherine is a big ole sweet girl!! she is ready to play with her human, fur mates or to chase a ball. She's absolutely beautiful and loving!! She is the first to greet me when I walk in the door. Katherine is spayed, up to date on age appropriate shots, microchipped and ready to find her family! Katherine is currently being fostered in TN but will be transported to New England for adoption. The adoption fee is $600 and that includes a health certificate and transport to New England. Born on April 2, 2023, Koda is expected to be a large-sized dog with a heart to match. While he’s currently working on house training and obedience skills, Koda’s vibrant personality shines through his playful and goofy nature. He adores toys and is highly active, making him an ideal companion for someone who enjoys outdoor adventures and interactive play. Koda rides well in the car, adding to his potential as a fantastic travel buddy. With the right training and affectionate environment, Koda promises to bring joy and companionship to his future family.  Heartworm negative 3/17/25 Thank you for considering adopting a new family member. Memphis area adoption fee is $250      All dogs are spayed or neutered {unless medical issues prohibit the surgery}, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested {if old enough} and treated if necessary. They also are de-wormed and start heartworm and flea prevention when rescued. It is continued until adopted. Adopter is furnished with their 1st month's heartworm prevention. ** Out of State adoption fee is $500  and includes a $175 non refundable transportation fee paid to an approved animal transportation company. Several states require the dog to be quarantined 48 hours before pickup. The adopter pays the quarantine fee at time of pick up. Meet Reece she and her brother Roscoe were abandoned on the street from memphis. We’ve taken them into our Rescue and learned that they are absolutely the most incredible loving duo. They are available individually or as an adoption together these two have the most incredible resilient personalities. They are playful and Kind getting along well with other dogs and children. If you’re looking for the perfect companion for your family, we cannot recommend Reece or Rosco more.

Maize is a polite, sassy, sweet, full of life gal. She enjoys being right next to you all up in your business. Personal space what is that! She is good with other dogs but is on the submissive side. Gets a little unsure at first with one that is super hyper. She just needs time to get use to the energy. Maize does currently have demodex mange but is being treated for it. She doesn't let that hold her back though she is still a beautiful girl. Maize is spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative. This beautiful girl just wants to love you all you have to do is let her!
