Story
Coco is the sweetest of girls and is looking for her forever family. Watch video here https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1896V157zZ/ She is a little shy and prefers a calm environment. She loves other dogs and plays well with her 3 foster siblings. She loves a good game of chase, and she loves to chew on antlers and toys that squeak. Coco gets excited to go on car rides and is ready to go whenever you pick up the keys. She rides very well in the car. She has had some training and is great with 'sit' and 'down' and offering her paw. She is working on reinforcing the 'stay' and 'come' commands with her foster parents. She would do best with a fenced yard and supervision (at first anyhow). Her previous family reported a tendency to run off. Her foster family has seen no such behavior. Coco is housetrained and is a bit afraid of her crate - which is being worked on. She sleeps all night on her dog bed in the master bedroom. She is a cuddler and wants to be close to her people. If you are looking for a sweet, loyal companion, then Coco is the girl for you!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Henry was found on the side of the road in pretty bad shape. We nursed him back to health. He's a really good boy that deserves a home of his own. He gets along with my pitbull but does not get along with my Pomeranian or cats. He is up to date on his shots and is microchipped. He is on monthly flea, tick & heartworm prevention and was fixed. He loves laying on the couch getting belly rubs and suckling on his favorite blanket. He loves car rides and laying on the deck working on his tan 😀

Boxer Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)

Size

Good with dogs, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Sassy is smaller than her sibling and started out in foster care more daring and lively but now it turns out she enjoys being held more than her sister. They both play hard with each other and the resident dog who is quite a bit larger. They both love their toys and both are at the stage of nippiness, so I am not sure young children would enjoy that. We don't know how big they will get as we have no idea who the Dad is. Sassy's adoption fee is $300 which includes her spay at one of our designated clinics, deworming, vaccines and microchipping. An additional $50 is requested which the adopter will get back when we have proof she has been spayed. For more information, please visit our website at www.bhsva.org to fill out an adoption application.

Story
Sophie has been dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated according to age. Sophie is very friendly and active, playing hard with her sibling and with the resident dog. She would be best with children over 5 as she is very active with nipping as most pups are. She loves her toys. Right now she does not like to be held a lot as she just wants to run and play. The adoption fee is $300 which includes her spay and other medical that is done prior to adoption. There will be an extra $50 deposit for spaying at six months that will be returned when we get proof of spay. For more information, please visit our website at www.bhsva.org to fill out an adoption application.
