Story
If you are looking for a young, frisky pup who loves to play, Roady would be your new best friend. He could be part boxer or boxweiler with his furrowed brow but leans in like a lab, part heeler perhaps? Whatever the mix, Roady does love the car, travels politely, and would thrive with a daily dog park visit. He has a lot of stamina, runs fast, and enjoys chasing balls. He might do really well with agility training. Roady loves his meals and is working on "sit" to wait for them. He is a bit shy on occasion and it will take time for "come" to be second nature. Roady can get distracted outside as all his senses seem to be on alert. He has especially keen hearing and long distance vision, but does not bark often. He is a gentleman in the house as he is totally housebroken! Roady is still young and learning, loving a chew toy of any kind, especially plastic, so he will need heavy monitoring in a new environment for a bit. He takes calm and firm verbal correction well and is learning "off" and "leave it" commands. Having said that, Roady crates easily and enjoys being in and out of bed during the day on his own. He has done well being confined when adults are out for a couple of hours. Roady gets along well with other medium-sized dogs and follows after his foster brother on walks and visits in the yard. He is a great follower and would love another dog or playmate at home. He does very well on leash. If you are looking for a manageable optimistic, playful dog who can content himself without fuss, Roady will make a wonderful companion for the lucky family that chooses him.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Roady's adoption fee is $275. Story
Gemma is a 3-yo (DOB 4/27/23), 58 lb Goldendoodle/Rottweiler mix who I’ve had since she was 5.5 months old. She’s a happy, intelligent, medium-high energy pup who enjoys walks, cuddles, playing ball and in the water. Gemma loves to play with my 5-yo daughter and other dogs. She would do best with dogs who can tolerate her excited, friendly nature. When she was ~7 weeks old, her leg & hip fractured in multiple places and the fractures were allowed to heal improperly. When she came into my care (3.5 months later) my vet did thorough X-rays and said that she has arthritis in her hip, and she may need a hip replacement or FHO down the road. For now, since she uses the leg even while/after running, we give her Carprofen PRN (maybe once a month). Despite her little limp, her spirit is always up for a good time!

Leo is an affectionate 3 year old pit bull/rottweiler mix who is eagerly awaiting his new home. His RAD trip buddies have said that he does well in a car and on a leash. He is a smart and social guy who loves long walks and would make a great hiking buddy! He would do best in an active family who can keep up with his young dog energy but he will need some basic training as he can occasionally play a little rough. He is up to date on his vaccines, neutered, and ready to go to his new home. Come meet Leo today! Primary Color: Brown Brindle Secondary Color: White Weight: 63.3125 Age: 3yrs 1mths 1wks

Story
Richard is a 1 year old, 50lbs, neutered male Doberman/Hound mix. He is a young dog and will need someone who can help teach him manners, especially skills like dropping items he may pick up and redirecting his mouthy play style. Due to his energy level he would do best in a home with older children as he likes to be mouthy when he plays. He loves to play and loves to get attention from people! He seemed okay with other dogs and cats in his previous home. If you are interested in adopting, stop in from 12-4pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. May 23, 2026, 3:27 pm
