Russian Blue kittens & cats in Carlsbad, California

We are unfortunately looking to rehome are 11 year old runnian blue mix. She is a cuddly sweetheart when comfortable. When it was just me and her in a quiet house with a big yard she was so happy and my little sidekick. We now have 2 kids, a nanny, my husband and she is just miserable. Constantly hissing, growling, swiping no matter what weve tried. We think she was abused before i found her in a box when she was little and is terrified of loud noises. She seems especially hesitant around males for some reason intiially. She would be so happy in a quiet single person house with lots of space to hide etc but to then cuddle when she feels comfortable. Once she trusts you she will love you with all of her heart. The initial stage woill be pretty difficult so it would probably need to be someone who is used to scared/aggressive cats. Someone who understands shell need space initially to get comfortable and that she will probably hiss a lot in the beginning etc.

Gabe is extremely cuddly and sweet, with the softest little meow. I will update later with his exact age but we think he’s about 8 or 9. He would do best in a household with no other pets. He’s great with children and seniors and loves attention and pets. Gabe was my uncle’s beloved cat and when my uncle abruptly passed away last July, we brought Gabe into our home, hoping he would be okay with our other pets. Unfortunately, we already have 2 cats and 2 dogs in our home and he isn’t doing well with the new and sudden chaos. He is an extremely sweet boy and we love him very much and want him to go to a home where he can live the rest of his life with love and peace.

Xena is a lovable and sweet kitty at approx 7 years old. She will be shy at first of course but loves to cuddle once she is comfortable. She is very chill and does well with kids and dogs. Im not sure about other cats bc we dont have a second cat. Unfortunately we are having to give her up bc although she is great with children, my young kids are too much for her. We got her before having kids. She loves a good belly rub, loves to be brushed and loves sitting by the window. She does not do well going outside so she is an inside kitty only. I would love to see her go to an amazing home.

What a cute face! Papa was rescued as a neighborhood stray. He appears to be a Russian Blue Mix with his short dense coat with white. He has green eyes and the cutest face! He is a big boy weighing approximately 16+ pounds and his estimated date of birth is 3/13/10. He has had a vet exam and blood work reveals he is diabetic and needs insulin injections twice a day/every 12 hours. He also tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), also known as Feline AIDS. FIV+ cats can and do live quite normal lives - in quality - in duration - and in happiness. FIV+ cats might be considered by some to be 'special needs' cats because, while they are healthy and live quite normal lives, they have tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). We now know that FIV is basically a virus whose presence has the potential to cause some weakening of a cats' immune system. It does not seem to have much impact on lifespan. We now know that this is a cat-only virus and cannot be passed to humans or to other species of animals. We have also learned that FIV does not pass to other cats through casual friendly contact. Experience, studies and the medical research community have, for numerous years now, watched positive cats live peacefully together with non-positive cats without transference. It takes a seriously deep bite wound or blood transfusion from an FIV+ cat to infect another so a typical household where cats live in harmony can blend FIV+ and FIV- cats without worry. Papa is nonassertive and nonaggressive. He gets along well with other cats. It is extremely difficult for FIV+ cats to find their forever homes, so please consider opening your home and heart to Papa. Papa is a sweet, gentle soul, very mellow and seems to get along with everything and everyone! His favorite things are to chill and hang out with you and sunning himself in the enclosed outdoor catio! His name is Arian he's loveable and affectionate he's very quiet he is good around people he's only 1 year old he's litter box trained he eats 2 times a day morning and night he don't like dogs too much basically he's a quiet type and mainly to himself

Midnight is one of our feral barn cats that would love nothing more than to chase down those unwanted rodents! Midnight doesn't have a single friendly bone in her body and hates anything human. She'd do best on a property that doesn't need love, but needs a hunter!
