Story
A love story that is only missing YOU - be part of this amazing rescue story. Bettie and Bonito - a bonded pair of adult cats that fell in love when they lived outside. A very rare, bonded combination that will be a special addition to your family. Bettie is a gorgeous petite Russian Blue/Nebelung mix - and oh so photogenic. She has adapted to indoor living beautifully. Our vet estimates she is between 6-8 years old. Once she knows you are her person, she’ll flop over at your feet and ask to be very softly stroked from the back of her head to her tail. Her likes include bathing her best friend Bonito, watching birds and making ek-ek noises, and eating Temptations treats.  You will find Bettie snuggling and grooming Bonito often. It's heartwarming to watch how they look after each other. Bonito, on the other hand, is a big boy. A big SWEET boy. A gorgeous buff flamepoint short haired cat that we are estimating to be about 10 years old. Bonito has the appetite of Jabba the Hut, the mind of a goldfish, and the heart of a yellow lab puppy. He’s the absolute best. He isn’t particular about how you show him affection, and will even let you touch his feet. He likes getting scritches, especially in places he can’t reach. He doesn’t yet understand what kisses are, but enjoys giving gentle love bites and nibbling on exposed arms and legs. This boy LOVES treats.  He doesn’t always like that Bettie instigates play fights, but she knows he needs the exercise and secretly he does too. He enjoys Churu treats, sitting on laps, intruding on bathroom time, and long walks from the couch to the food.  Adopting this pair into your home will make their rescue story and their love affair complete. They will make wonderful family members for anyone who is looking for some kitty companionship. Living outside in Menlo Park, they were fed by a wonderful family for years. The two met on the outside and became fast friends. Bonito was brought into foster first because he was so darn friendly. There was no way he belonged outside. Once he was rescued we learned that Betty missed him terribly... so thanks to their kind hearted foster mom, Bettie and Bonito were reunited. Both are spayed/neutered and up to date on all of their vaccines. Both have had full medical examinations and are both very healthy. Given Bonito's age we had his teeth checked out and taken care of too. They are both ready for you to love on them. Fill out our Adoption Questionnaire so you can meet that at their foster home in San Jose. https://forms.gle/3gAbXxzaph4XNnfQ7February 22, 2024, 4:20 pm

Story
As regal as his name sounds, this Russian Blue acts and looks the part. His manners are quite impressive. He knows not to go on counters or dinner tables and waits patiently for you to serve him food as he stares at his bowl. If you fail to feed him he will let you know by gently tapping you on your leg. He enjoys being brushed daily and is quite independent and not too needy of your attention. He loves to hangout close to you and will just chill next to you on a quiet night while watching tv. Once in awhile he will come to you and want to play tag or with his favorite toy but easily tires and prefers to just chill right beside you. He will do well with kids and other pets. Anyone who chooses this lovable Russian Blue would be so lucky. A rescue cat that was domesticated but now needs a forever home He will work well with children and other pets Up to date with his shots. He will need to be fed wet food only mixed in with water since he has no more back teeth Winston is currently living in San Jose, CA 95128 More information & application [ts=1709064173&src=aap]

Story
Scarlett and Hamilton are a lovely and affectionate pair of kitties looking for their furrever home together. They are sweet, a bit shy, and should be adopted together as they are very bonded.  They love to play and enjoy being petted.  Scarlett and Hamilton love to lounge around together, watching other kitties in their foster home and the birds outside.  They're both great with dogs. Their foster says, "It did take them a while to come into the open from their safe space under our sofa. But, once out, they have enjoyed exploring around the house. They love to play. They both love wand toys as well as small foam balls they can kick around the floor   They're good eaters. They've put 2 and 2 together, and know when they see me in the kitchen and hear me open a can of wet food, good things are coming! They eat both wet and dry cat food. They LOVE Churu treats as well. This pair would no doubt do best in a home with older children.......around 10 years or older. With their shyness, young children and their energy might be too much. But older children who enjoy playing with cats and cat toys might do fine. They're on the smaller side. Scarlett is a gorgeous grey (Russian Blue mix), and her fur is so soft. Hamilton is a tabby with beautiful markings. He really loves to play with his wand toy. One thing that really draws them out are bird videos on YouTube. If you've got a TV or a computer where you can have YouTube playing, they love watching bird videos. Hamilton gets especially chatty when watching. So cute to see!!! Because they are shy, it might take some time and patience for them to warm up to their new family. But, good things come to those who are patient! Trust is the name of the game when acclimating new family members, and trust does take time! Once they know you are trustworthy, you'll be rewarded with funny, playful, sweet kitties for a lifetime!" Scarlett and Hamilton were born in approximately May 2022. They have been neutered/spayed, microchipped, and are up to date on their shots. Story
I rescued this cat young Luce along with his brother a Pomeranian named Homer who was adopted by Barbara T on adopt a pet. Homer has since gone to Las Vegas in the perfect home and was fixed yesterday by Barbara and her husband Brian. Luce is not fixed and between 1-2 years old I think. He has recently started spraying and is trying to escape due to him not being fixed. You had said that you could spay Homer but Barbara wanted to use her own vet in Las Vegas. I was wondering if I could get Luce spayed through adopt a pet if possible soon. He’s a really great kitty and I’d like to have my mother adopt him permanently. She is beyond excited. I will be flying him out to her in Michigan on February 22nd and would love to get him fixed first if at all possible. Thank you and your wonderful service. Homer was truly a miracle that was an exactly perfect fit for Barbara Brian and their other Pomeranian Bingo his new big brother. Feel free to call text or email me. #(xxx) xxx-xxxx .

Story
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA:  Silver is a gorgeous Russian Blue male  who after living on his own, has adjusted to indoor life remarkably well.  He has discovered the joy of a neck massage and really knows how to lean in! He is confident, observant, and communicative, and enjoys relaxing in his cat bed on the couch.  Most striking is Silver’s gaze – he looks right into your eyes. Silver was born in approximately 2011 and is healthy, neutered, and vaccinated. As a shy boy, the right home will be with someone who has patience for a shy kitty while he transfers his trust to you, and who can spend time with him, lavishing him with love & attention.  You will be rewarded!   Watch Silver's YouTube video here: https://youtu.be/AQC4xMrik1E Silver is in a foster home in Contra Costa County, CA  To learn more about Silver, and if you have experience with ferals, please contact Marcia at mslack199@gmail.com or 510-734-9924.  February 27, 2024, 4:31 pm
