Nelly took a couple of weeks to come out of her shell, but once she did, her personality really began to shine through. She's curious, bold, and social. Her foster family nicknamed her Houdini because she will find her way through any closed door.  She's got a lot of energy and loves a good play session. Balls and hair ties are her thing (wands, not so much). When she's done running around, she'll happily curl up on a lap or cozy up on the couch. She has a cute, unique little meow and is very food motivated.  A squeezable treat will win her over instantly! She can love-bite when overstimulated, but disengaging usually does the trick. With other cats, she's persistent and playful, unfazed by growls or hisses. She never hisses back, but she will instigate with a curious paw. A resident cat who doesn't mind a social, bouncy newcomer would be the right fit. He's a sweet boy. I have his paperwork from when he was adopted initially. I can even give you some of his playthings like his cat tree along with him.He's very vocal and affectionate.

Apologies-she may not be a Russian Blue - she is an all gray and beautiful cat!!! Cherie is truly a dear cat, I rescued her as a kitten and she has grown into an independent, sweet, gentle cat that loves to attach to a human, she will follow you around and sit next to you but also does her own thing. Her fur is soft and she loves to be petted. She can be an indoor/outdoor cat or just indoors, she will be happy to sit on the window sill and talk to the birds, one of her favorite things to do. I just took her to the vet and she had a great report, all good! I have to release her because I am moving in with son and his family with several little ones and they already have two male cats that their older child older son is attached to. :( You will be very happy with this beautiful and gentle cat!

Rue is a charming and beautiful 8-month-old Russian Blue mix kitten with a gentle, affectionate personality. She’s incredibly friendly and loves interactive playtime, especially chasing laser pointers and batting at wand toys. Rue came to us from a Sacramento shelter with a mouth injury, including a dislocated jaw and a broken tooth. After receiving care, her damaged tooth was removed, and happily, her jaw has realigned on its own. While there’s a small chance it could shift again in the future, she’s doing wonderfully right now and enjoying life. Rue is a special kitty with a big heart and so much love to give. She’s gorgeous and is hoping to find a kind, dedicated person who will cherish her and support her through every step of her journey.
