Russian Blue kittens & cats in Hanover, Pennsylvania

Our family is in need of help. Our lease is up in a few months, our baby is due a month before lease ends, and we have a newly 2yr old. We are struggling BIG TIME to find a residence that accepts pets. Unfortunately we have 2, Romeo and his twin sister Raven. We'd love to keep them together but understand that may be unrealistic for some. Romeo is a 8 year old Russian blue male, born May 15, 2018. He LOVES to eat, sleep, and play. He does not enjoy physical affection much but prefers his love through playtime with toys and having a window to sunbathe in. Romeo's favorite toys are tiny toy mice and feathers on a string. His favorite food is ONLY friskees canned food. He sometimes likes to be accompanied to the restroom, sometimes physically being placed in the litter box. Romeo is also very picky about his litter, it has to be clean ALL of the time and smelling good. He cries to let you know when he needs to go and will not hold it very long. He needs a loving and attentive home.

Sabrina-Russian Blue X female, ~ 2 yr. (Jan. 2026) Please contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application Sabrina came to Rescue when she strayed into a farm as a kitten. She tried to hang out in the barn with the cats but was not accepted. The farmers wife felt bad for her as the other cats were hard on Sabrina. She asked us to help her find a home where she would be safe and feel the love she deserves. Sabrina is now in a foster home and doing well. She's a beautiful, loving cat, will make a wonderful companion but she is shy and needs an adopter that can work with that. It's well worth the effort!! Sabrina's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Smokey-Russian Blue X male kitten, ~ 12 wk (Aug. 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Smokey came to rescue when found lost in a field. He was so scared, crying for help! Now in a safe foster home, he's ready to find his very own home. He's needing a home with another kitten or cat, for companionship and learning his 'good kitty' social skills. Graydon-Russian Blue/DSH X Male, ~18 mo. (Jun 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Graydon is a lovely young male cat with beautiful gray fur that almost looks silver. His fur is very dense and short, so you can really see his beautiful muscles! Graydon showed up in a Bourbon County Rescue volunteer’s yard with an animal bite on his face. The volunteer was able to help Graydon heal and get him to rescue for neuter and vet care. He is very sensitive and can be shy at first but will warm up quickly to snuggles and melt in your arms. Graydon enjoys human and gentle feline company, sitting on laps, and will be a devoted pet. After 15 wonderful years as a beloved member of our family, we are looking for a special new home for our sweet girl. This is an incredibly difficult decision, but our children have developed allergies to her, and she has also been having trouble adjusting to life with our dog.She is a loving, affectionate cat who would thrive as the only pet in a quiet and peaceful home. She loves being petted, held, and spending time close to her people. One of her favorite things is finding a sunny spot to curl up and take a nap. She purrs constantly and has the kind of sweet personality that can make anyone smile.She is happy, healthy, and has no medical issues. We believe she would be especially happy with someone who has plenty of time to give her affection and companionship. After so many years of being part of a family, we want nothing more than to find her a loving home where she can continue to feel safe, cherished, and loved.
