Sabrina-Russian Blue X female, ~ 2 yr. (Jan. 2026) Please contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application Sabrina came to Rescue when she strayed into a farm as a kitten. She tried to hang out in the barn with the cats but was not accepted. The farmers wife felt bad for her as the other cats were hard on Sabrina. She asked us to help her find a home where she would be safe and feel the love she deserves. Sabrina is now in a foster home and doing well. She's a beautiful, loving cat, will make a wonderful companion but she is shy and needs an adopter that can work with that. It's well worth the effort!! Sabrina's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Buddy-Russian Blue/Nebulung male kitten, 10 mo. (March 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Buddy came to rescue when his owner was overwhelmed with cats, having not altered his mother. She's now spayed and her kittens are looking for homes. Buddy has been raised with other kittens and kids...a great, friendly young boy. He's settled in a foster home now and doing pretty well. She is used to other cats around so would be okay, if you have another kitty. " He's super sweet and loving, will be a wonderful cat for anyone!" Graydon-DSH Gray Male, ~18 mo. (Jun 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Graydon is a lovely young male cat with beautiful gray fur that almost looks silver. His fur is very dense and short, so you can really see his beautiful muscles! Graydon showed up in a Bourbon County Rescue volunteer’s yard with an animal bite on his face. The volunteer was able to help Graydon heal and get him to rescue for neuter and vet care. He is very sensitive and can be shy at first but will warm up quickly to snuggles and melt in your arms. Graydon enjoys human and gentle feline company, sitting on laps, and will be a devoted pet.
