Russian Blue kittens & cats in Smithville, Texas

My spouse and I found this beautiful cat behind a Waffle House believe it or not. He was stranded in a plastic bag and we saw these birds about to gang up on him and my spouse ran to get him. We found out he’s a Russian blue mixed with a tabby and we’ve been taking care of him from then on and he’s been such a brave and loving kitty! He’s grown so much and he’s very playful and loves to play hide and seek. My spouse and I have gone through some financial and environmental problems and we just need to put ocelot in safe and loving hands. He’s such a good kitty and so strong.

Meet Pistachio! This adorable 3-month-old gray and white kitten is full of playful energy and kitten curiosity. He loves toys, exploring, and finding new ways to entertain himself. Pistachio enjoys being petted and will happily seek out attention, but he's not much of a lap kitten. He's an independent kitty who likes affection on his own terms. Beautiful, Mysterious, Self-Sufficient Ewa is a gorgeous lady who has had so much upheaval in her life. She was pregnant when she arrived at APA from another shelter and has been busy tending to her kittens ever since. We don’t know how life treated her in the past. But, given her cautious nature, we suspect she has never had a reason to trust people and was likely given many reasons not to. She needs a quiet home with gentle humans where she can decompress and discover there are people who are kind, reliable and on her side. Ewa is reserved and keeps to herself. She may let you briefly pet her soft coat, but is not comfortable at this point with affection and will sometimes scurry away. She will stay near if you are bringing her food...a good start! Ewa needs a patient person who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and blossom into her best self. There is a place in her heart just waiting for someone she can trust.
