Cautious, Beautiful, Peaceful Please welcome Jamie, a stunning senior cat hoping to find a forever home to call her very own. At first meeting, you may mistake Jamie's caution for disinterest. Nothing could be more untrue. This mildly skittish girl just takes a little bit of time to feel comfortable around new people or in new places. And, truly, what could be more rewarding than knowing you gave a sweet girl like Jamie the patience and space to let her true purrsonality shine through? She is very friendly once she feels safe! Jamie is not a lap cat nor does she like being picked up, but she has other ways of showing her affection. She will often greet you with the cutest squeaky meow. It is just her casual way of saying "hi" and "I'm glad you're here." Jamie also likes to be around you - not quite touching - and chooses spots where she can lounge nearby. She even tends to enjoy your company during mealtimes. For this little social eater, meals are just tastier and more fun with an audience. She thinks pets are fine, but would prefer to tenderly rub her cheek against your hand or arm. You'll feel like you've been kissed by a pillow because her fur is so very soft! Jamie's ideal home would be calm above all else. She'd be best as the only pet. She really just needs a place where she can relax and enjoy her senior years. Sable is a super sweet kitty who loves to greet you with head bumps and sweet little meows. She has beautiful, long fur that you can't resist petting. She loves to lounge around near people and is a big fan of watching out the window with her big green eyes. Sable is laid back and gets along with other cats very well. She still has her playful moments with catnip toys and she enjoys using the scratching post as well. Wet food is her favorite treat and she'll rub up against your legs as soon as she hears the crack of the can. For further information on this cat, please contact the caretaker directly at stefpq@yahoo.com Ivan was rescued from a Starbucks parking lot in December 2023. He got adopted into a multicat home. Sadly, they all were returned. He is so much like his old kitten self but sooo much bigger! Ivan is a hoot! He LIVES to play (and to eat his wet food) and loves his morning & evening walks outside. He is still a big kitten at heart (He turns 2 in the Fall). Ivan has a big personality. He is vocal when he wants something. Ivan lived with 3 other cat buddies and does well with other nice cats. He wants to cuddle and head-butt them and PLAY. He plays hard, so ideally he would have another super playful cat (he would be ok with a dominant cat). He wants to chase them and be chased back. He is full of energy. He loves scratching posts, catnip, wand toys and looking out the windows at birds & squirrels. He loves chasing squirrels when we are outside as well. Ivan would do best in a home, not an apartment because he is so active and likes to move around and explore everywhere. He always wants to be where the action is. He is not a lap cat but will lay wherever other kitties are sleeping. More than happy to talk in depth with any serious adopters to see if Ivan would be a good fit.
