Story
Meet Pebble, the little princess kitten of your dreams! TOO LONG, DIDN’T READ - SUMMARY: * Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat * Our rescue is located in Houston, TX, and we transport our babies to wonderful adopters in the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, and locations along those routes. Transport cost is included in the adoption fee. * Adoption fee (< 6 months old) is $425 --- Pebble is a strikingly beautiful Russian Blue kitten with a plush deep-blue coat and wide, innocent eyes. She carries herself like a tiny princess, convinced the world revolves around her… And she’s absolutely correct! Mischievous and dramatic, she has serious “only child” energy: demanding attention, acting offended when ignored, and pretending she is totally fine being alone. Yet beneath the royal attitude is a sweet, clingy little lap kitten who loves to be loved! Pebble adores her big foster brother Parker (we say “big” but he’s just a slightly larger kitten!) and follows him around everywhere. She purrs the moment you look at her, melts into cuddles, and loves being close… at least until a toy catches her eye. Then her fierce “independent huntress” persona appears as she stalks, pounces, and prowls with total concentration before returning to your lap like nothing happened. --- Pebble is a very social little gal and is sincerely bonded with Parker. You’ll notice many of their profile photos are of both of them snuggling or playing together. As a result, we are looking for a home ready to welcome both kittens with open arms! She has met a dog before and did just fine, so we believe that with proper introductions to a respectful dog, she'll do just fine with a new pup sibling. Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens, siblings, or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Information on why adopting two kittens together is best for their short- and long-term health and behavior can be found here: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens --- Pebble is ~3 months old, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy... all she needs now is the perfect home! The adoption application can be found here:
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat

Pebble is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes.

 --- ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:

Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.I’m Misha, and after six years I’m now interviewing candidates for a new situation. My former family cried when they gave me up, so I know I was loved, but it was a busy household with a lot going on. Since I get to do the interviews, I’ve decided to look for a quieter home this time around. I’m very affectionate and love attention! My plush coat  is soft as velvet and I have the cutest little chirp to let you know I’m ready for pets. Indoor only please. If you would like an interview, please apply here: https://www.rocketrescue.org/forms/form?formid=5196Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 2, 2026, 5:16 pm

Story
I have had her from a kitten and she has always been courieous and very interested in what you are doing she loves visitors and is social with people , not the kind to hide from people in fact she wants a pet and she will get in your lap. By the way she is about 5 now and was raised with an old chiwawa he has since went to live under the rainbow bridge but they got along great although she has been on her own for about 3 yrs now I thing she will adapt to other pets and make way... also she dose not like her nails clipped At All I have tried everything even the vet said they will not do it unless she is drugged I do have a cat hanger I put her in it to clip them but mostly the front ones get it but the back ones are so hard. She likes the pellet litter and I scoop and flush daily so never smell it unless I leave for the weekend.

Story
This shy girl is looking for the Purrfect person to come whisk her out of the chaos of shelter life. Her past owner loved her dearly but could no longer afford her prescription diet and medical conditions that flared up with stress. Ms Squeekers is a gentle soul looking simply for a caring owner willing to give her space and time to blossom into the lovebug she is. Squeekers would do best in a quiet, calm, gentle house where nothing much changes and meals are on a schedule. Hallmark movies are her jam and action movies can cause her anxiety because all those explosions are unnecessary. She has been around both children and other pets but with her stress levels she would do better in less chaotic environment. Microchipped, vaccinated and on medication to reduce her stress Squeekers is ready to allow herself to be seen. Time and patience will help her open up and blossom. Squeekers is on a Urinary Stress diet for the rest of her life to help manage and regulate her. She is also on a calming medication to help her manage the stress of being in a shelter environment.

Story
Mouse is Russian Blue with a sweet personality; unless He wants food. He’s well behaved but can be temperamental on occasion and display behavior issues; but it’s probably due to the lack of attention He receives, or just wants food.He loves to hang out on your lap and be affectionate for the most part. I’m gone 14 hrs a day so have very little time to pay attention to him. He does need someone who can provide the best care for him.

Story
This is Reggie! He's a very big (16-18 lb) cat I rescued as a baby. He is 11 years old and spent all but the last two years with another cat in the home. He is great with kids and loves any and all attention possible. He is quirky and silly and VERY vocal! He's an indoor cat that wishes he was brave enough to be an outdoor cat! We are moving and cannot bring our boy with us, so I would like him to have a home that's full of love and cuddles, a home that can give him all the attention he deserves. I have everything you need to get him set up in your home including cat litter box, toys, food, cat carrier for transport.
