Imagine welcoming Milo🩵, a stunning 4-year-old Samoyed/husky, into your life!🤩 This loving and loyal companion thrives on one-on-one attention and training, and he's perfectly suited for an active partner who enjoys running, exploring, and spending quality time together. Yet, Milo also cherishes lazy days and snuggling with his favorite person. With a foundation in basic commands like sit, heel, down, stop, pull, no pulling, and come, Milo excels when working alongside his person😻. Due to reactivity to other dogs on walks, Milo flourishes in spacious environments with large yards or quieter settings where he can feel secure and relaxed. He needs a seasoned owner who understands reactive dogs and can offer structure, love, and guidance. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this special boy, submit your application today!🙏🐾 Currently being cared in BC, Canada, Milo can be transported to his forever home🏡 in the northern states like Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, or elsewhere within the continental United States where a loving family eagerly awaits.

Story
🏠 Currently in a Toronto foster home Samuel is a 2-year 8-month-old male Samoyed-Jindo mix, weighing 18.7 kg. At just six months old, Samuel was placed on the euthanasia list at a city shelter along with his sibling, Yuel. Thankfully, they were both rescued, and he is now staying at our training center, slowly regaining his trust in people and desperately hoping to start a new life with his forever family. Samuel’s personality is very gentle and non-aggressive. However, due to his traumatic past, he tends to be wary of strangers and takes time to warm up to new people. When he first arrived at our training center, he was very shy, but after a few days, he gradually opened up and revealed his naturally sweet and affectionate personality. Because he does not easily approach unfamiliar people and will require ample time and patience to adjust, extra care should be taken during walks to prevent any escape attempts, and household entryways should be securely managed until he fully bonds with his new family. Like a typical Jindo mix, Samuel has an independent streak. However, he also strongly exhibits the Samoyed’s affectionate nature and responsiveness to human connection. Once he builds trust, he expresses deep affection. Samuel gets along well with other dogs and has formed a particularly strong bond with his sibling, Yuel. Since they have spent so much time together, he may experience separation anxiety if they are apart, and this should be considered when adopting. He currently goes outside for bathroom breaks three times a day and enjoys running freely with his canine friends in the exercise yard. However, during the adjustment period in a new home, occasional accidents may occur. Once he settles in, he should quickly adapt to an outdoor potty routine again. It is recommended to start taking him on walks only after he has bonded with his new family. Due to his Jindo mix heritage, he has a strong homing instinct. If he is suddenly taken far away or travels by plane, he may become confused and instinctively try to find his way back home. To prevent this, walks should only begin after he fully recognizes his adopter as family. Even then, a double leash or harness is essential for safety. Samuel still carries emotional scars from his traumatic past and may be shy and cautious at first. However, for those that are willing to endure that initial period and patiently wait for his trust, Samuel will become the most loyal and loving lifelong companion.

The activists came and saved me and I can't wait to come to America and find a family to love and care for me forever.  Approximately over a million dogs a year are slaughtered to be eaten.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park, and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love, and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will help train your new pup.  My adoption fee of $1,695 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.   A GPS tracker or Apple Air Tag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an Air Tag from us   We cannot guarantee breed or age. The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  The adoption fee is donated to the rescue and is tax deductible.   Please e-mail   admin@gingerspetrescue.org   for an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. POOF made the long journey from Oregon to Malley Valley like an absolute champ—he snoozed peacefully in the car and even rested his head sweetly on the driver’s shoulder along the way. Once he arrived, he greeted the volunteers with pure joy, soaking up every bit of attention. This boy has big happy&#226&#128&#145dog energy. He loves to zoom around the yard and toss his toys into the air like his own personal celebration. POOF also comes with some great basics already under his belt—he knows sit, shake, lie down, and he’s a pro at catching treats mid&#226&#128&#145air. When meeting the other Malley Valley dogs through the fence, he’s been calm, relaxed, and unbothered by their barking. For a newcomer, he’s showing all the signs of being an easygoing, lovable companion. POOF is still settling in, but he’s already proving to be a wonderful dog who’s ready to find his forever family. We’ll keep sharing updates as we learn more about this sweet guy. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 29, 2025, 9:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  MAGGIE is a people&#226&#128&#145loving sweetheart who absolutely soaks up attention. She has that classic Malamute mix of affection and independence—one moment she’s leaning in for belly rubs, and the next she’s striking a regal pose, surveying her kingdom like the queen she knows she is. She loves being with her human pack, enjoying pets, cuddles, and all the affection you’re willing to give. Daily walks are one of her favorite activities—she enjoys exploring the neighborhood and taking in all the sights and smells. She’s also a great travel buddy and rides beautifully in the car, always ready to join you on your next adventure. MAGGIE has done well with older kids, but she does like to put her paws up on people when she’s excited, so a home without small children is best. When it comes to other dogs, she can be selective—she prefers calm, larger dogs and appreciates slow introductions. After a good play session, she’s perfectly content to head home for a well&#226&#128&#145earned nap. In true queen fashion, MAGGIE prefers to rule her home with confidence and grace. She wants reassurance that she’ll get attention when she wants it, and she’ll reward you with loyalty and love. Her ideal home includes a big, fenced yard where she can relax, enjoy some quiet time, and keep watch over her domain. Indoors, she loves lounging near her people, making sure everyone is safe and accounted for. MAGGIE is currently being fostered in Manson, WA, and her foster is willing to transport her for meet&#226&#128&#145and&#226&#128&#145greets within a few hours’ drive. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion with a dash of queenly flair, MAGGIE may be the perfect addition to your family. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If you’re dreaming of a mature, affectionate dog with a heart full of charm, LOGAN might be the perfect match for your family. This handsome boy loves a good toy&#226&#128&#145tossing session—as long as you’re part of the fun. He’ll happily chase the toy every time, but true to his Malamute roots, bringing it back is… optional. What he really wants is to share the moment with you. LOGAN is all about connection. He adores pets, quiet companionship, and simply being near his humans. He knows his basic commands—sit, down, and stay—and he’s very treat&#226&#128&#145motivated, which makes continued training a breeze. Toys don’t impress him much, but snacks? Absolutely. Currently living at Malley Valley, LOGAN is comfortable around the other dogs. In a home, he’d likely do best with a calm canine companion—or he’d be thrilled to be the one and only king of the castle. Because of his size and his desire for focused attention, LOGAN would thrive in a home without young children, or with older, respectful kids who understand his boundaries. He can be a bit shy at first, taking his time to decide who’s worthy of his trust. But once he chooses you, he’s all in—loyal, snuggly, and ready to be your devoted companion. LOGAN is searching for a forever home where he can relax, feel safe, and soak up all the love he’s been waiting for. Could your home be the one he’s been hoping for?
