Are you looking for an adorable poodle? Jesse is an energetic, affectionate, playful and loving mini poodle who came to Jelly's Place from Mexico. If we had to summarize Jesse in one word it would be joyful. Jesse LOVES to go for walks, to roll around on the couch and get belly rubs. He likes playing with plushy toys and snuggling into his blanket or dog bed. He also loves chasing balls, the bigger the better. We think Jesse is a big dog is a small dog's body. Jesse is NOT a first time adopter dog. His ideal family would be a single person or couple with dog experience. Jesse would prefer to be the only animal in the family, but we don't think that is too much to ask. Jesse has so much love to give and will thrive in the right home! Jesse is UTD on vaccines, microchipped and neutered. Applications are being accepted and qualified applicants will be contacted. Half of Jesse's adoption fee is sponsored by a Jelly's volunteer.

Happy is a very sweet boy! He's playful, loving and eager to please. This adorable guy is just 2 years old and full of love to give. Happy likes the company of other dogs but hasn't yet been cat tested. Happy is currently in a foster home, where he is going for daily walks, lounging in the garden, and hanging out in the kitchen waiting for snacks. Happy is a calm boy and thrives with lots of attention, belly rubs, and ear scratches. He is very clever and if left alone in the yard may look for a way to go explore on his own. We expect with enough attention and exercise this will diminish. Happy is current on his vaccines, neutered and microchipped. According to Mocha's foster family, legend has it that he was born from a snowstorm, but as soon as he stepped out into the sunlight, he walked right into the mud and slush, thus leaving him with a earthy-cocoa-colored inspired kind of fluffy coat. He has the absolute BEST puppy antics and has most recently started terrorizing his stuffies and empty paper towel tubes with his fierce zoomies, dazzling all who watch his uncoordinated spins and hops. Sure to overturn the nearest water bowl and then (sometimes!) cry about, Mocha is full of personality and tippy-tappy paw thumps that far exceeds his tiny stature. His fluffy coat will require maintenance; his foster family is already brushing him daily to prevent mats and tangles from forming. His foster family reports: "It's quite accurate to describe him as a toe-biter since he is too small to reach our ankles!" Mocha is learning to nibble on his toys (and not toes) and is pretty consistent about using the puppy pad in his playpen. He is using a puppy pad due to the inclement weather and because he is very small and low to ground, it's incredibly hard to tell if he's actually going potty or not. He will cry if he has been without attention for too long or it's time for his next meal, though generally settles down in his playpen for quiet time and overnight. His family should be prepared to be committed and show him the ropes of being a pet--everything from potty training, what to chew and not to chew, and basic obedience. He's really enthusiastic about play, chase, and finding treats and he's shaping up to be quite the smart pup!
