Meet Willow, the cuddle bug!!!! She is a very sweet 3yo poodle-schnauzer mix, spayed and chipped. She loves her people, sunbathing, daily walks, sniff puzzles, and getting brushed. She is extremely sociable with people and children, she runs to greet everyone, but she likes to chase squirrels and birds, therefore she would not do well sharing a home with cats or critters. Willow is occasionally reactive on the leash with large dogs, but she does well both off and on leash at dog parks. She currently lives with 2 small dogs and, while she does well with them, she would benefit from being the only dog. She is perfectly house trained, she knows no/off/sit/stay, and working on down/up/heel. She doesn't need a crate, when left at home alone, she just snuzzle. She has no known health concern and she gets her teeth brushed every night! Willow needs a new home ASAP because her current owners, who found her in the streets, can't afford to keep her but did not want to leave her in a shelter.

Zena is a 1 year old Miniature schnoodle! She was born November 9th, 2023. She is very loving and energetic and athletic! She enjoys playing in the dog park and with other dogs, likes hiking. She can be vocal when wanting your attention or having the desire to get something. Zena does have separation anxiety if left alone in the house. With proper training, and A lot of exercising We do believe that could help her. She plays with any size dog really well. She is also intelligent and learns real fast. Zena has a unique way of playing, at times she will stand like a ram before head bumping. Zena doesn't like to swim as much. she is more of a land pup. We would love for her to be exposed to different experiences within her life. She will also love a backyard to run. So if you are the person that really enjoys being out doors or going out often for long walks or even exploring the world. Zena would be more than happy to meet u!

Are you looking for a young senior who is as precious as they come? Let us introduce you to Kenneth! He may have zero vision but his heart is solid gold. He has no trouble navigating the world around him. Once he maps out the room, he will quickly be able to follow the path right into your lap. Kenneth is quite the cuddler. He loves people, he loves dogs, he loves attention. He didn't get much while living as an outside dog, so he is extra ready to start living his best life full of love and warmth. Here's some notes from his foster: Kenneth is already potty trained! He enjoyed a walk in the park and had a good time exploring her new digs. He is super calm and we haven't heard a single peep out of him. He also did very well in the car! He’s a good eater and a good sleeper, and getting used to his surroundings relatively smoothly. We finally heard his bark, but he’s super duper quiet all around. Hardly makes a peep. I would say quite the chill dude, very calm woofer for the most part. He’s a total, absolute love bug. His spoonies are the best! (yes we did spoon last night in bed 😆). He’s also been good on walks. He's an all around good boy!

Looks like: Poodle mix Male, 8 years old (estimated), 15 pounds Little Cheddar is a character ready to join you for whatever adventures you have in store. Poor Cheddar found himself in a home with many other Poodles. When their guardian was hospitalized, these Poodles sadly all landed at a shelter. Due to the number of pups that came in from that home, their senior status, and their state of neglect, the shelter was searching for rescue placement for all of them. Despite this less than ideal start to life, Cheddar has been a doll with all people he meets and loves other dogs! Cheddar is just a character! He's a dog bound to bring a smile to your face. He's a high energy guy who would do best in an active home where he can get some miles under those legs of his. Cheddar and crew joined us from the Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter after their guardian was hospitalized.
