Location: Lakeville, MN Dennis is a sweet, timid boy who needs a gentle, patient home. He loves to run and play and gains confidence around other friendly dogs—he does best with canine companions. He’s also comfortable with cats, horses, and is great with kids, often preferring them to adults. Dennis is shy but wants to trust and be close to people. He’s good on leash, though he may freeze when nervous, and responds well to patience. He’s still adjusting to life indoors and is quietly making progress. Dennis truly deserves a loving family to help him feel safe and secure. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Hunter—also affectionately known as  Hotdog ! After just five days in foster care, Hunter is settling in beautifully and showing what a good boy he’s becoming. He enjoys going on walks with his foster sibling Bailey and does great heading into the fenced yard for potty breaks. Hunter is sleeping quietly through the night in his kennel and has a healthy appetite—always a good sign that he’s feeling more comfortable. Each day, he’s learning to trust his people a little more, and it’s wonderful to see his confidence slowly grow. Hunter is a gentle soul who’s adjusting at his own pace and appreciating the safety and routine of foster life.  Hunter does need to be adopted into a home with another dog present. With continued patience and kindness, Hunter is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
