Story
I am needing to find a loving home for our sweet Sammie girl. She is a Scottish fold straight and has a loving personality. Unfortunately we have two other cats and the two females do not get along. She is 2 years old. She is a purebred. We just want to make sure she goes to a loving home. Preferably to a home with no other animals.

These cats are in McKinney, Texas too!

Story
Elvis is six weeks old as of June 8 and can be pre-adopted and go home when he's seven weeks old. He's your typical playful, affectionate, and social kitten. He is in foster care with his sister Elise who is also available for adoption. They're doing great with litter box training.   Elvis and Elise are the perfect combination of playful, affectionate, and easygoing. They adore chasing each other around the house, wrestling, and exploring together, but they're equally happy curling up for a nap in a cozy blanket or stretching out on a warm lap for cuddles. They've grown up in a busy home with our children (ages 12 and 8), as well as other cats and dogs, so they're well-socialized and comfortable around both people and pets. Whether they're perched on their cat tree, snoozing in a cozy spot, or purring contentedly beside their favorite humans, they bring joy wherever they go. In a perfect world, we'd love to see these best friends adopted together so they can continue their lifelong adventure side by side. That said, what matters most is finding loving homes where they will be cherished and spoiled the way they deserve. Like with any kitten, he needs a family who has time to spend with him and ability to provide him with lots of enrichment. If you're interested, please apply online and we'll be in touch. Adoption Application - Legacy Humane Society $150 fee includes kitten vaccines, dewormer, a one-year rabies vaccine, microchip and registration, and spay/neuter. Adopter will take the pet to an LHS-approved vet to be spayed/neutered at 16 weeks of age per the spay/neuter agreement and in accordance with Chapter 828, Texas Health and Safety Code.We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from LHS, please complete an online application at http://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ and we will contact you asap about the status of your application. Story
Paul is an incredibly affectionate 4-year-old, domestic medium hair cat with a gentle and loving personality. If you sit down, there is a very good chance he'll immediately climb into your lap to keep you company. He is the type of cat that truly enjoys being close to his people and turns any house into a home with his sweet nature. Paul is FIV positive and FeLV negative. FIV, or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, affects a cat’s immune system, but many FIV positive cats live long, happy, and completely normal lives with proper care and regular veterinary visits. FIV is most commonly spread through deep bite wounds between cats and is not typically transmitted through casual contact such as sharing food bowls, grooming, or cuddling. Because of this, many FIV positive cats can safely live with other friendly, nonaggressive cats. At this time, Paul does not require any special medication or treatment. He simply deserves a loving indoor home where he can remain healthy, safe, and cared for like any other cat. Paul is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. His fee is $100 and you can apply to adopt him here:  Adoption Application - Legacy Humane SocietyWe do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program.
