Here's what you need to know about me:I have some handling sensitivity. That means I have some preferences about how and where I get petted. My human friends at the shelter can tell you more!If there are kids in my new home, I would like to meet them before going home. An adoption counselor can tell you more.I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.I need to be an indoor-only can in my new home. I can live a normal life, I'll just need extra vet visits and staying inside will help keep me safe and healthy. Primary Color: Black Weight: 9.78 Age: 4yrs 0mths 3wks

Hi, I'm Dasha. It's taken me awhile to get used to this place, but I'm officially having a good time and ready to find my new family! I came from a home with over 80 cats in it! So it's been quite the change coming here. I'm looking for a home that's ready for a bit of a project cat. I'm super curious and playful which will be the key to my heart. I also LOVE Churu time - the staff here have used it as a way to bridge the gap between my fears and them petting me. I've still got a lot to overcome, but I've learned that some pets while I'm cozy in my cat tree is pretty awesome and people supply the best toys, too! Being picked up is really not my thing right now, I'm going to need a lot of time and trust built before we get to that point. Since I used to live with a lot of cats, I find comfort having some around, so I'd be a great addition to a multi-cat family. Here's what you need to know about me:I can be shy in new spaces.
