Story
Meet this orange fluff cloud with the personality of a sweet and salty gremlin. If you’ve ever dreamed of a cat who will:- Yell at you until you pet him (even if you just pet him 30 seconds ago)- Insist on being a third, fourth, or fifth limb(he just wants to be an extension of you)- A cuddle bug, lap cat who will give you aggressive nose kisses after eating the wet food that’s now all over his face- Practice his Houdini skills daily (because four walls are optional. Seriously though he loves trying to escape)- And LOVES mealtime (and will serenade you with operatic hunger screams in case you forgot)Then this is the cat for you!!He’s a foster, but let’s be real, he’s already running this place. Adopt this 3-5 years old menace with the personality of a gold retriever. You will not regret it.If you are interested in meeting him please email adoption@columbiahumane.org in order to obtain an adoption applicaitonFor more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.orgJuly 2, 2026, 7:39 am

Story
Meet Bora and Burma, A beautiful bonded pair of black-and-white sisters looking for a calm and understanding home where they can truly blossom. These gentle girls come from a difficult past, having lived in a cluttered and overwhelming environment that left them feeling shy and unsure of the world. Because of this, they can be a bit timid at first—but beneath their quiet nature are sweet souls who just need time, patience, and kindness to feel safe.Bora and Burma rely on each other for comfort and confidence, so they must be adopted together. Watching their bond is something truly special—they bring each other reassurance and are never far apart. They would do best in a peaceful home without small children or dogs, where their new family understands that trust takes time. With a consistent routine and a gentle approach, these girls will slowly come out of their shells and show their affectionate sides in their own way.If you have a quiet home and a big heart, Bora and Burma are ready to find safety, love, and a fresh start together—with you. Adoption fee includes:✅ Spay/Neuter✅ Vaccines✅ Microchip✅ Treated for fleas and worms Interested in meeting Bora and Burma?Email us at: adoption@columbiahumane.org to request an application.Adoption Fee: $275 for the pairFor more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.orgJuly 2, 2026, 7:39 am

Story
Meet your new shadow. If you are looking for a tiny, chatty best friend who thinks she is the center of the universe, look no further. This stunning dilute calico queen is officially looking for her forever throne. She is a world-class lap cat and a total flirt who will roll around to show off her belly and stretch out her toes just to show you how cute she is. She is a bit of a chatty talker and has plenty to say with her kitten-like meows. Since she is a long-haired beauty, she does require a fair amount of routine brushing, her royal treatment. She is not much of a player and prefers lounging and being pampered over chasing after toys. She has decided she is officially retired from sharing her space with other cats and wants to be the only-cat and no dogs. She wants one hundred percent of your love, one hundred percent of the time, ready to be the spoiled princess she was born to be.July 2, 2026, 7:39 am
