You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Cleopatra! Cleo was one of the Wonder Pups but she has grown into a Super Dog. Cleo is a fun loving, silly and bouncy girl. She has good house manners, loves her people, and knows basic commands which she generally responds well to. Sadly this sweet girl was returned because she was a bit fearful in her adoptive home. See Cleo is pretty unsure about strangers of all ages. Who can blame her, strange people can be pretty intimidating, especially when you’re uncertain of their motives. This made her adopter uneasy and they unfortunately just didn’t have the funds to find a trainer to work her through this behavior, so they made the responsible but absolutely heartbreaking decision to give her back to the rescue. We are hoping to be able to find a trainer to work with her, but would also love to find her a home where her people are able to work with her through her insecurities to allow her to blossom into the amazing dog that she is.   Cleopatra's adoption fee of $245.00 includes her spay, microchip, and UTD vaccines..     IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you are viewing this on any other site,other then our official website ie: (Petfinder, Adopt a Pet, Facebook, etc.) you still MUST FILL OUT our official adoption application. Qi or chi is a sweet fawn 2 year old spayed female. If you are looking to improve your Qi or for you non eastern medicine people improve your life force or vital energy which seems super fitting for this sweet cuddle bug! She is all about the kisses and cuddles.  She is working on crate training. She will bark initially in the crate but settles down quickly. She is housebroken. This girl loves her walks and walks amazing on a leash. Qi rides great in the car and would up for a cross country adventure if that is on your bucket list.  She is great with other dogs both male and female. Figgy was found as a stray so we don't have much info on her background but she jumped right in the car and thumbed her nose at the shelter.  She is a vivacious girl and loves to be in the middle of the action...this is no wall flower. She wants to be in the middle of everything. This girl is a bit curvacious so we are immediately working on taking off a few lbs. Right now she is 63 lbs with no visible ribs so 55 is probably a much better size for her. She is completely house trained and enters a crate willingly if a bully stick is involved.  She is great with other dogs but can be a bit bossy but seriously if you know boy shar pei they need someone to tell them what to do. She loves sleeping on a dog bed next to her people's bed at night. I think she smiled the entire time during her bath and subsequent brushing and is now preening herself around the house knowing just how gorgeous she really is! She will be seeing our vet for spay and entropion surgery on May 22. “Secondhand animals make first class pets.“ She is fostering in Tucson AZMay 14, 2024, 1:07 pm
