This sweet, bashful boy is just starting to come out of his shell, and he's showing us how much he wants to learn what life is like with a caring human companion.Virgil arrived as a stray, so we're still discovering his true personality. We suspect he may have had a difficult past, and it takes him a little time to trust new people. But once he does, his playful side shines through. He loves to bounce around, play, and enjoy some good old-fashioned butt scritches!Because we don't know much about his history, slow and thoughtful introductions to new family members-both two-legged and four-legged-are important. Virgil would thrive in a stable, quiet home where he's given the time and space to observe the world and try new things at his own pace.
