She is quite athletic and would have fun doing outdoor activities, though she has been known to make it over a fence or two in her day. Meet Piña! 🐾❤️ Piña is an 8-year-old Shar-Pei/American Bulldog mix with the softest eyes and the sweetest soul. She’s been a beloved companion her whole life, but due to changes in her family’s living situation, she now finds herself looking for a new home to love. This gentle gal adores people and is wonderful with kids and other dogs. She’s more of a couch potato than a marathon runner, happiest when snuggled up with her humans or relaxing in the yard. Piña loves being outdoors, so a fenced-in yard where she can safely explore would be ideal. She knows her name and comes when called, and since her former home was Spanish-speaking, she may even respond to Spanish commands! Piña does have some kennel anxiety in the shelter, so a sturdy crate and lots of love will help her feel secure in a new home. On walks, she does best with a front-clip harness to help with her gentle pulling, and she enjoys strolling at a steady, relaxed pace. After losing both her lifelong home and her canine companion, Piña is ready for a soft landing — a family who will give her the stability, comfort, and love she deserves. Due to a house fire we are unable to keep this awesome guy. He is 6 years old and such a great asset to the family. He loves to sing especially happy birthday. He sits, shakes, and lays down. He is a lover and will follow you around and lay on your lap. He loves to play catch and tug of war. Titus does not do well around other dogs and needs to be the only one in the home. He is amazing with kids and all people. He loves to cuddle!
