Hi! I’m Alfie . I’m in a foster home with four other dogs and love to play. I am crate-trained and housebroken and I even taught myself to use the doggie door to go in and out when I need to.  I am very good in my crate even with those long work days. My foster mom is a social butterfly and has taken me to the pub a few times. I love meeting new people!  Adoption fee is $200. He is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. She loves a short easy game of tug rope and watching the neighborhood from the back rear sliding window in the sun. We call her Tender-Romi, since she has such a tender and sweet personality. She is very photogenic and is easy to give a bath too. Romi enjoys giving affection and cuddling, while also having time to herself. Your heart will melt by her welcoming you home with a leaning paw lift. I'm not sure why because I am super friendly, love visitors, and have a few dog friends that I enjoy playing with. Running in a big yard would be my dream come true. I can't wait to meet you!  I was born around 05/2015, I weigh 55 pounds and my adoption fee is $250.  I have a thyroid issue, so I have to take my thyroid medicine twice a day.   This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cin cinnati, Lexington KY, or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225 . We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations. A gorgeous blue velvet Staffordshire/ Boxer mix with a soft coat, Finnick has lots of love to share. He has lots of energy, loves rolling in the grass and playing fetch. Finnick enjoys hanging out with people outside during playtime. He would enjoy being the only in pet in the home with a fenced yard and would love to be your companion . With an estimated birth date of March 2, 2021 and weighing 58 pounds, Finnick has been vet checked, neutered, is up to date on vaccines, on flea & heartworm prevention. Currently he is on sensitive stomach food. We hope that once he is out of the stresses of the shelter, he might be able to return to regular dog food.
