Story
Archibald Cornelius is my full name and I'm turning 3 on June 7. I'm a very sweet Sheepadoodle that loves to chase my ball in the yard and could do it for days at a time. I'm a big fan of car rides and will never pass down an opportunity to stick my head out the window. I'm potty trained and crate trained, and I know my name, to sit, lay down, stay, and drop it. I love to cuddle on the couch and have my ears scratched! I would do my best as the only dog in the house, ideally without any young children. I'm not aggressive towards other animals normally, but I do have a habit of resource guarding, especially with food and toys. With a baby due in August, mom and dad made the incredibly difficult decision to try to find me a loving new home where I'd thrive with a yard and a family that has more experience with my unique needs and behaviors. Experience with resource guarding would be a huge plus, as well as patience, lots of love, and willingness to throw a slobbery ball with me. :)

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Tabitha - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hiya, world! My name is Tabitha. I had a pretty ruff start to my life, but am ready for a person of my own. I was seized with over 80 other doodle dogs from a cruelty seizure/hoarding house on the boarder of Mexico and TX. All of the dogs taken from the house had never even seen grass before! While I am still working on trusting humans, I love my doggy friends! I definitely get confidence from having other human centric animals around me. Only open to one fur family friend in your life? No problem! I am very food motivated and will learn to trust you in no time with some tasty chicken snacks! I will need a very patient adopter that will give me time to decompress. I promise I am worth it though! I have come so far in such a short amount of time, I am improving daily with my socialization and interactions with hoomans.
