You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.I can't say enough about Blue Nova. Just look at this precious girl, she's not only beautiful and sweet she's smart and oh so loving❤ Her foster mama says "when she loves you she loves you hard" Blue Nova, is professionally trained so she needs an experienced owner that is willing to keep up her skills. She's a wonderful playmate with the puppies that come into our rescue, but as all dogs proper intro is required. Blue Nova, thrives on love and attention so we would prefer her to be with someone that can provide her with unconditional love. She wants to be your cuddle bug and protector, she loves her people immensely. She's a big strong dog who doesn't realize her size. Because of her strength she would do best in a home with no young children. She loves hiking, playing fetch and loves to swim. Are you a pack leader, who can provide Blue Nova with love and structure? Because this is what Blue Nova needs to thrive! If you live in San Diego County or surrounding areas, have a home with a yard and a minimum of a 6ft fence and would love to meet this awesome girl then please complete our adoption application at www.tlck9rescue.org Thank you TLC K9 RescueVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 25, 2026, 12:07 pm

Story
How this pet arrived:Bravo was brought in by a community member on June 10,2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Bravo is a sweet male dog with two different-colored eyes that make him truly special. Bravo has a shy personality and may take some time to feel comfortable in new surroundings, but he responds well to patience, kindness, and a calm environment. He especially enjoys baby talk and soft, reassuring voices. Gentle attention helps him feel safe and slowly build trust. Bravo would do best in a patient home that understands shy dogs and is willing to let him adjust at his own pace. At SDHS:Bravo has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Bravo is now ready for adoption! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 58.4 Age: 4yrs 0mths 2wks

Story
p>How this pet arrived:This pet was brought in by their previous owner on May 26, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you: Say hello to Dozer! This handsome, bright and athletic boy has a heart full of love and an outgoing personality, happy to meet and greet and get petted wherever he goes. He has a long list of attributes -- he's fit and vigorous for his age -- definitely an active senior! His previous owner reported he got along well with the resident cat. He loves toys, playing in water and is delighted to get in a car and go! If left alone at home, he's a total house-hound and lives up to one interpretation of his name, napping and relaxing peacefully. Dozer has shown no aggression toward other dogs. He solicits treats (including blueberries and watermelon!) with a friendly handshake. He responds to several voice commands. He loves hugs and pets, enjoys feeling the wind in his face with his head out the window on car rides, and is always ready for his next adventure. He's received rave reviews from volunteers in the Dog Day Out program. Dozer has a benign fatty lump on his chest that does not require treatment. He has been successfully treated for an ear infection, and was assessed for manageable resource guarding behavior that our adoptions team will discuss with adopters. If you would like to meet this special, sweet boy, speak with our team today!
