Meet Layla! ❤️Layla is a beautiful tricolor Boxer/Terrier mix with a heart as big as her smile. After spending 155 days in our shelter, she's officially our longest resident—and we're hoping her perfect family is just around the corner.Layla came to us after being surrendered because she enjoyed chewing on things she wasn't supposed to...a sock, a shoe, a suspicious looking pillow, some snacks left unattended...Anyway...like many dogs, she benefits from appropriate chew toys, enrichment, and a little guidance to help her make good choices.One of Layla's biggest strengths is her love for people, especially kids! She does exceptionally well with children and enjoys being part of the fun. Whether it's playing in the yard, going for a walk, or simply soaking up the sunshine, Layla is happiest when she's spending time with her favorite humans. ☀️She absolutely loves being outdoors and is always ready for an adventure. Walks are one of her favorite activities, and she never says no to playtime with toys—whether it's squeaky toys, balls, ropes, or stuffed animals, she'll happily entertain herself and her family.This sweet girl is already spayed and is also up to date on her core vaccinations and monthly preventions. 💉Layla is looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She does not get along with other dogs and will need a family that can give her all the love and attention she deserves without any canine roommates. She is, however, okay around cats.
