Story
Hi, I`m Janie!I`m about 2 years old, and while my story started out a little rough, I`m hoping the next chapter is the best one yet. I was found out on my own as a stray, but now I`m safe and waiting for a family to give me the forever home I`ve been dreaming about. If there`s one thing you should know about me, it`s that I absolutely love people. Being close to my favorite humans is my happy place. Whether we`re going for a car ride, sharing a pup cup, working on training, or just relaxing together, I`m happiest when I`m by your side. I love being brushed, soaking up affection, and leaning in close for pets. Honestly, I never seem to get tired of being loved on!I`m still a young girl with lots of enthusiasm, so sometimes I get a little jumpy or mouthy when I`m excited. I don`t mean any harm—I`m just having fun and haven`t quite learned all my manners yet. With some guidance, consistency, and patience, I`m sure I`ll blossom into an incredible companion. I already enjoy training and would love a family that can help me keep learning and growing. I find agility activities pretty fun too!I`m looking for a home where I can be the only animal, and I`d do best with experienced owners and teens or adults who understand that I still need a little direction. In return, I promise to give you all the love, loyalty, and companionship I have to offer.Life in the shelter has been hard on me. The noise and stress are starting to wear me down, and lately I`ve been feeling pretty sad. I`m having trouble eating, and it`s becoming harder to keep my spirits up while I wait. More than anything, I just want a place where I can relax, feel safe, and know that I belong. A forever home would mean the world to me, but even a foster home could help me decompress and remind me what it feels like to be loved. If you`ve been looking for a sweet, affectionate best friend who will stick by your side through life`s adventures, I hope you`ll come meet me. I can`t wait to find the person who`s been waiting for me too.Love,JanieIf this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Story
Hi there! My name is Decker, and if you`re looking for a fun-loving sidekick with a big personality, I might just be your guy!I`m about 8 months old, which means I`ve got plenty of puppy energy to spare. I came to the shelter as a stray, so my early life is a bit of a mystery. Maybe that`s why I have so many questions about the world! I`m still learning my manners, building confidence, and figuring things out, but I`ve already discovered that people, adventures, pup cups, and snuggles are some of my favorite things.Life is one big adventure, and I`m ready to experience it all with my forever family! When we first meet, I might be a little shy. New things can be a lot to take in, and shelter life has been pretty overwhelming for me. But once I get to know you, my sweet side comes out in full force. In fact, if you sit down, don`t be surprised if I decide your lap looks like the perfect place to be! I`m a world-class snuggler and firmly believe that personal space is overrated when there are cuddles available.I`ve already gotten to go on some adventures outside the shelter, and let me tell you—I was a star! I visited a local hardware store, made lots of new human friends, earned myself a fan club, and even stopped for a pup cup. I greeted people politely, soaked up attention, and showed everyone what a good boy I can be. The store owner even wanted to take my picture for Facebook! I`d say that`s pretty close to celebrity status.Like many young dogs, I`m still learning. Sometimes the shelter environment gets me worked up, especially around other dogs. It`s noisy, stressful, and not exactly the easiest place for a young pup to relax. Because of that, I`d do best as the only furry family member in the home so I can focus on bonding with my people and continuing my training. The good news is that when I`m out and about with experienced handlers, I often show just how much potential I have. I even calmly spotted another dog during my store adventure and kept my cool. I just need someone willing to guide me, teach me, and help me keep building confidence. My dream family will be active, patient, and experienced with dogs. In return, I`ll provide endless entertainment, lots of laughs, plenty of affection, and enough snuggles to last a lifetime.I`ve got a big heart, a goofy personality, and so much love to give. Now all I need is a family to share it with. Could that be you?Few can resist a puppy. The

Story
Meet Zeigh! ( I AM IN FOSTER)Zeigh is an 8-year-old neutered Pit Bull mix with a handsome white and tan coat and an even sweeter personality. After spending over a year in a loving foster home while awaiting the outcome of a humane case, Zeigh has shown everyone what a wonderful companion he can be.This easygoing guy is house trained, low energy, and happiest when he`s curled up next to his favorite people. If you`re looking for a dog who enjoys quiet evenings on the couch, Zeigh is ready to fill that role perfectly. He`s a world-class cuddler and believes kisses are one of the best ways to show affection.Zeigh also has a playful side. He enjoys interacting with toys, often using his front paws in the process. While coordination isn`t exactly his strong suit, his adorable attempts at play provide plenty of laughs and entertainment for those around him.Although Zeigh is not crate trained, his foster family reports that he is well-behaved in the home and is not destructive when left out. He`s proven himself to be a respectful house guest and a loyal companion. After everything he`s been through, Zeigh is ready for a family of his own—a place where he can continue enjoying the comforts of home, plenty of affection, and all the cuddles he can get. If you`re looking for a sweet, gentle companion to share your days with, Zeigh may be the perfect match. If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings.
