Story
Casper is a very sweet boy. He is very low maintanence when it comes to food, being outside, etc. He is very high energy and LOVES people. He grew up with 2 cats and they are his buds. The problem stems from his energy levels and us having a newborn. We pay a dog walker, have taken him to training, but his energy is level is just more than we can properly take care of. He isnt very interested in other dogs but recently we had a bad incident with three off leash dogs that seems to have caused him to be nervous around other dogs. In a sructured walk type setting he still was able to meet and get along with a new dog but he really needs to be resocialized in a controlled setting with some additional training before we would recommend him joining a multi dog home or going to a dog park. He has a huge personality, is hilarious, extremely intelligent, and has endless energy. He would make an awesome adventure buddy for the right person!

Story
Hi I'm Fred, Freddie, and sometimes even Frederick! My siblings George, Ginny, and I arrived in Colorado at 8 weeks old after being born in the shelter in New Mexico.  Even with this rough start to life, we immediately loved people and other dogs! We are almost 12 weeks old and soon to visit the vet for something called a neuter- whatever that means!  I am the most confident and active of the three of us! I love to stay busy with toys, other dogs, and being outside.  I'm starting some training with treats and learning new words like sit, outside, inside and food/hungry! Food is my favorite time of day and right now I am eating 3 times a day to keep my weight up with my energy as I grow.  I'd love to give you kisses and I'm learning to not turn them into nibbles.  They say I'll be best suited in a house with a fence, probably with someone who has shepherd breed experience, and older or no kids.  I plan on being very smart and need to be entertained with training and enrichment.    If you're interested in meeting Fred please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in him!) Hi there, my name is Leila. I'm the best dog greeter in my doggie daycare. I love balls and toys,going for car rides and love to play with dogs and people.  I walk well on leash, but am scared of bikes and scooters - wheelie things are weird!  I am extremely affectionate and loveable. I have a million facial expressions. I love being outside and playing in the snow. I'm working on my nice leash walking, but am making good progress.
