He thrives in calm, predictable environments and needs adopters who understand that confidence can't be rushed—it grows through trust, consistency, and kindness. A confident, social resident dog is required for Sage. Having a canine companion helps him feel secure, teaches him that the world isn't so scary, and encourages him to be brave.
