Story
Deku is a wonderful dog with so much love to give! He is 3 years old (born 10/15/2022). He is very playful and has a lot of energy, but is also a huge baby and cuddler. He is NOT an outdoor dog. He prefers to stay near people and would rather be inside all day than outside without you, even if he has other dogs around to play with. He is timid around new people and is not a good fit to have as a guard dog. Deku went through professional training at a young age to make sure he was safe to have around children and other pets. He knows basic commands such as “sit, stay, down, come, paw, and belly” We love Deku so much, but due to health issues, can’t give him the care that he needs. He tries to adjust to my pace, but he deserves a home and family who can keep up with his energy and make him as happy as he deserves to be. If possible, we hope he can be adopted along with his brother, Loki (poochon), shown in the last pic. If interested, Loki’s profile is also on this site.
