Story
Nancy was found as a stray and brought to a local shelter before coming to Misty Eyes in hopes of finding her forever home. She’s a sweet, low-key girl who is friendly, gets along well with other dogs, and is simply happy to be by your side.Nancy appears to be potty trained and does well in her crate. She’s also a wonderful walking companion—she doesn’t pull on the leash and remains calm and non-reactive while out and about. If Nancy sounds like the girl for you, please submit an adoption application online at https://www.mistyeyes.org/adoptionapplication.

Story
Sirius is a very goofy, playful, energetic dog. He is super duper lovable. Sirius is 3 1/2 years old. We’re looking for a family who is very active always out and about. Love to take their dog anywhere they go. He definitely has a lot of energy to expel and is great with kids. Can be quirky sometimes, but loves to live in your shadow. please note that when we first got him, he was very skittish but he wasn’t aggressive, did not want to be touched for a while so keep that in mind. He also really loves cuddles but does not like kisses.

Story
Meet Sammy, a lovable Lab/Shepherd mix who`s almost four years old and tipping the scales at a solid 80 pounds of pure joy! This friendly and energetic boy has had quite the journey, arriving at Misty Eyes from an overcrowded shelter alongside his siblings. Although he was adopted as a puppy, life threw a curveball, and he found himself back in the care of our dedicated team—through no fault of his own! Now, in his foster home, Sammy is wagging his tail with delight as he polishes up his house manners, proving that practice makes paw-fect! Sammy adores going on walks and spending quality time with his foster family, ready to bring boundless happiness to a forever home. Although he is fine with most people, Sammy doesn`t appreciate other animals, so will need to be the only pet in the home. He would be a great fit for a country home with property where he can expend his energy. If you would like an active, loyal companion, please submit an adoption application for Sammy online at https://www.mistyeyes.org/adoptionapplication.
