Story
I got Milo from a friend who had asked me to watch him while she was away at college and that she was going to take him back whenever she came back home. However she’s been home for 4-5 months and when she returned I asked her when I could bring him to her but she said she couldn’t take him. I don’t have a job anymore so I’m unable to properly take care of him. Milo is a year and five months, I don’t know his exact birthday but I do know he was born in the middle of July. The things I’m hoping for in a new home for him is a decent yard so he can run free, someone with patience and dedication to training him, and just an overall better home then what he’s had in the past along with the things I couldn’t provide for him. To describe Milo is a little complicated, he’s stubborn, lacks patience, fully of energy but kind of lazy too, he’s not potty trained, and he pulls while being walked, he devours food and gains weight quickly, he loves water and does okay in baths.

Story
You won't find a more handsome, intelligent or silly boy than Sidney. He is about 3.5 years old and weighs 84 lbs. Sidney is a very intelligent fellow, he learns quicky and is anxious to please. He will do well with a job and/or a lot of stimulation, long walks and hikes. He will do well with an experienced dog person. Sidney loves meeting new people. He has done well with large dogs he has met, however he is would not be good with small dogs or cats. Sidney does show some barrier reactivity, however, when the barrier is removed (whether it is a crate, fence or car window) he shows absolutely no issues. Because Sidney likes a lot of activity, he will need a securely fenced yard (must be a physical fence, not an electric or invisible system) He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and on monthly treatment for flea/ticks and heartworm prevention Sidney is currently located in the Middle TN area but transport is included in the adoption fee for approved adopter If you are interested in Sidney, email rookiesrescue@yahoo.com for an application

Story
**Meet Star, the Dragon Warrior ✨🐉** Star is a cuddly, playful girl with the heart of a true Dragon Warrior. She loves being close to her people and brings a fun, joyful energy wherever she goes. She does well in the car and is used to free roaming in the home—she’s also house trained, making her an easy companion to welcome into your life. Star has a positive history with kids and enjoys being part of the family. She knows **sit** and, true to her herding roots, she’s very smart with lots of energy—she’ll thrive with mental stimulation, playtime, and continued positive training. Bath time goes just fine (though she may try to make a sneaky escape), and she takes it all in stride. Smart, affectionate, and full of spirit, Star is ready to find her forever home where she can shine and protect her people—Dragon Warrior style. 🐾💫
