Tripp is a handsome husky with a gentle heart and a lot of appreciation for a good belly rub. He’s a total gentleman on leash, and once in the play yard he turns into an independent explorer. He’s happy to wander around and check things out, but he’s always super sweet and enjoys coming back for attention. He’s always happy to show off for a treat too! He’s very smart and already knows how to sit and lay on command – sometimes he’s so happy to show off he does a little happy dance while obeying. Treats definitely motivate him, and he takes them gently from your hand. Tripp isn’t much for toys, but he is a big fan of affection. Since he’s currently dealing with some (noncontagious) skin issues, you know what that means… extra belly rubs are wanted! He absolutely melts when you scratch his belly and give him some love. With his medium energy level and sweet personality, Tripp would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a super sweet best friend.

Dianne’s story has come full circle, and she’s ready to finally land where she belongs - home for good! She first came to the shelter back in 2024 and was adopted, but sadly found her way back to us as a stray on 4/10/26. Her previous adopter shared that she had been lost for quite some time and, since he has moved, he’s unable to bring her back home. So now Dianne is starting over, hoping this next chapter is her forever.Dianne is the perfect blend of independent and affectionate. She loves attention and will happily stand by your side soaking up all the pets you’re willing to give, but she’s not needy - she’s just as content amusing herself by exploring the world around her. Whether she’s investigating new sounds and smells or quietly keeping you company, she has an easygoing, low to medium energy that makes her a great everyday companion. She’s good on a leash and takes treats gently from your hand. Dianne is a gentle, sweet-natured girl who’s ready to put the past behind her and find a loving home where she can truly settle in for good.

Saffron is an young German Shepherd mix bursting with joy, energy, and puppy enthusiasm. She walks pretty well on a leash, but once she’s loose in the play yard, it’s zoomies galore! Saffron loves to run at top speed, fishtailing her back legs as she makes sharp turns, clearly having the time of her life. She’s very energetic and playful and tends to jump up a lot in excitement - she’s just so eager to play and be involved that she can’t quite contain herself yet! She does know how to sit on command, and she’s motivated by both treats and toys. Squeaky toys are a favorite, and she’s perfectly happy entertaining herself with them.Despite her go-go-go speed, Saffron has a sweet off switch: when you’re petting her, she melts. She’ll happily settle in for as long as you’ll give her attention, rolling right over for belly rubs (which she absolutely adores). She’s a playful pup at heart and still very much enjoying the world with puppy curiosity. Saffron would thrive with an active home ready to help her channel her energy, continue her training, and give her plenty of playtime and cuddles. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, high-energy companion, Saffron might be your perfect match.
