Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Pocket came in as a stray alongside Polly and has been a sweetheart since day one. She’s full of happy, bouncy energy and is always excited to meet new people. Pocket is good with dogs and strangers and enjoys being around people. She walks on a leash but does tend to pull, so she would benefit from some continued leash training. She does well being crated, is comfortable with grooming, and rides nicely in the car. Pocket was doing well with potty training in her previous environment, but she’s not perfect yet and may need a little consistency as she adjusts to a new home. She has a lot of energy and absolutely loves playtime, but once she’s had a chance to burn it off, she’s happy to settle down for some snuggles. Pocket does enjoy jumping up for attention, so a family ready to help her learn some manners would be a great fit. She does not do well with cats. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and currently on prevention—ready to head home!

Story
Ginger was surrendered because he enjoys chasing chickens, so he would do best in a home without birds. He is fully house-trained and has wonderful manners. Ginger gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, making him a great fit for many families. He is friendly with strangers, although he may bark when meeting new people before warming up. Ginger is comfortable being left home alone, enjoys car rides, and handles grooming with ease. He also knows his basic commands and is a well-behaved companion who is ready to settle into a loving home. If you're looking for a sweet, well-rounded dog to add to your family, Ginger may be the perfect match! He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. He is heartworm negative and on prevention.

Good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Bear is a charming, talkative dog who was brought in as a stray and, sadly, never reclaimed. Despite his rough start, Bear has shown himself to be a sweet, social companion who thrives on human interaction. He loves to "chat" with his people and is always ready for a dip in his kiddie pool – it's one of his favorite pastimes! Bear is great with other dogs, good with cats and kids, and friendly with strangers. He loves greeting his humans when they come home and is happiest being around the people he loves. Bear is housebroken, though he may need a little refresher as he adjusts to a new home. He does well when left alone, settling in for a nap, and is also very good about being groomed. Bear rides wonderfully in the car and enjoys walks, exploring, and spending time with his family. He walks nicely on leash and would make a great companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate buddy. Bear does have a bit of arthritis, but it is manageable and does not stop him from enjoying life. Like many dogs, Bear has a few quirks that make him unique. He can be a little protective of his toys and may growl to communicate, but he has never snapped or shown aggression. With structure, consistency, and respect for his boundaries, he does well. He can also have a bit of selective hearing at times and may try to find a weak spot in a fence, though he has never attempted to jump one, so a secure yard will be important. Bear does have seasonal allergies that can make his ears sensitive. Per the vet, he should be kept on Benadryl to help manage his symptoms. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on prevention. If you're looking for a loyal, expressive companion who loves people, enjoys car rides, water, and conversation, and has so much love to give, Bear might be your perfect match!
